Pros: The staff is so personable and friendly, its refreshing to have a human interaction instead of customer service vibes. Ya know? Like theyre helpful but they chit chat too and I love it.
Con: My parking validation has been done incorrectly a few times & I dont love paying $10 to get out tje garauge lol

I would give minus -1 star to this branch if possible. Never had an issue with any other Chase branch. Made me wait for an hour for a single document notary, told available for 4:30 pm appointment and then said cannot do today as he is booked. This guy Alec acts like he owns the bank. Sorry Chase you lost a customer today!

They declined my tax bill with no apparant reason. It added a lot of penalties. I've talked to them multiple times but can't get a call back. Just a promise to check on it. Now my business card was canceled for no apparent reason. Business banking with Chase is a huge liability.

Terrible banking services do not use this bank. They don't care about customers and credit unions help way more. They put a 9 business day hold every check you deposit. WAYY BETTER PLACES TO KEEP MONEY.

I have banked with Chase through at least two name changes. When I moved to Salt Lake City I met with a personal banker and he got me set up perfectly.

The pro: no line The con: I deposited a check from my business written out to me, the business owner. The teller saw my signature on the front and back of the check and marked my account as fraudulent. I woke up to an email saying my account was overdrawn and would be closed. All of my funds were frozen. To resolve, I need to go back to a branch, prove I’m the business owner, then wait 2 more days to access my account at all and possibly many more days to access the original check. Time to look for a new bank. Business customers…be very cautious of this bank.
