Waited 45 minutes to open up an amount for my fiance. She came out and helped someone else stating he only needed help with his phone. A few minutes turned into 45 mf minutes and not once did anyone walk over to let us know it was going to be longer or even how much longer. Ended up driving downtown to another chase bank. DO EFFIN BETTER!!!

If I could give this a negative number I would I went to the ATM and withdrew money from the account the ATM shorted me $100 so I go inside and the bank tells me oh I'm sorry there's nothing we can do you're going to have to call the number on the ATM because it's an independent contractor we have no control over it even though the ATM specifically says Chase Bank on it then when I call that number they tell me all you have to call the customer service of Chase Bank I called Chase Bank customer service number and they decide to call me sir five times in the conversation even though I'm obviously a female and sound like a female then they told me over you'll have to wait until your transaction gets out of pending mode and then we'll see if we can go ahead and process the money back for you that you was shorted.

I visited this branch to deposit a check at around 10AM. I was helped quickly, and I asked for and received a sticky note to write something down. No issues, everyone was wearing a mask, thankfully that's almost behind us

I feel obligated to post a positive review for this branch of Chase. After reading through several of the posted reviews, I felt anxious about going in for normal banking business with them. Today during my visit, I was welcomed and assisted by a friendly agent who helped me with a non-typical transaction. I took notice of another employee actively engaging with the other customers that were waiting in line behind me to provide alternate solutions for their needs. In the same regards a manager came out to help the customer at the window next to me and invited him to her office so he could have a more comfortable and personal experience. Thanks Chase on Redwood. In my opinion, you deserve a much better review than the 2.4 stars listed here.

I went to this branch to ask a question about a transaction from my account, and I was told to call customer service over the phone to get help. I had a very simple question about a deposit, but nobody was there to help me.I told them I have been waiting on the phone for a very long time, see image attached, but that didn't make any difference to them. They just acted like that was not their problem. CHASE must do a better job on CS, this is unacceptable. By now I have been waiting on the phone for over 2 hours and couting. Can someone please do something about it?
