I'm not a chase customer, just trying to close the account of a departed relative. 3 trips in and I still haven't been able to do it and now their phone's been off the hook all day.

It really sucks that my bank is only open Monday thru Friday 9-5 and just a few hours on Saturday. Only 8 hours each weekday? I guess that’s why they call them “bankers hours”. I need to change my name and I have to go inside the branch. Hate changing banks because of my auto drafts. Time to move to a credit union.

Wow!!!. They are the worst to deal with. We have a dozen business and personal accounts with Chase Bank and cant ever get ahold of anyone at all to find out anything and then out of the blue we get a letter from them saying they have reviewed one of our accounts and will shut it down in 45 days. We tried to get a hold of Kaden Marble over and over and over again and left messages and texted him to no avail. And the feedback we got was I have to see what is going on. WE have also called in and all they say is we dont and wont tell you why we are closing it down and I made a statement well maybe Ill close all of them down and they just said that is your decision. They are so grateful for everything that we pay out to them every month apparently that they just dont care. WE are switching banks and will end up closing every one of our accounts down. Great bank to stay away from

I was coming in to change my legal name on my chase accounts with ALL the necessary documentation and they told me I’d have to wait until the line completely clears (line never was going to clear on a Saturday). They said it was going to take too long to do and should schedule an appointment instead but then followed up with the “appointment will be very short because it’s a simple name change”. If it’s quick and simple why schedule an appointment and not just do it while I’m here ready with EVERYTHING they need to make the change??? I’m going to a branch that isn’t lazy and will take my need as seriously as everyone else in line.

I have had Chase as my primary bank for 15 years between living in Arizona and Utah. I moved to West Valley 2 years ago and I have not had a good experience with this location.Any time I have to do inside banking, I have to wait 30-45mins in line and have never experienced a shorter wait time here. They recently removed one of their ATMs so the lines for the ATM are now very long and I try to avoid it as much as I can but I need to withdraw weekly.I am looking into moving my accounts elsewhere due to poor service and not having ease of access to my money. I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

Had to drive to Chase for an hour just to be told that they don’t know how to do a service that corporate says any teller at any branch can do. Well no one there knows how to do it and can’t even get phone assistance for help on how to do it. As a company I would definitely want all my employees to be trained on how to do all services they are supposed to provide or at least have the ability to phone a friend that has the answers! If I could give this a zero stars rating I would, so you can thank google for getting you a one star rating.

Aside from seemingly to have nearly no bankers (anytime I've tried to set appointments they have been weeks out) this branch is good. They even have someone that greets you literally the second you walk in the door and asks how they can help you.

Severally understaffed and it is the branches fault. Went to have a notary and there was only one during the busiest times of the week. I couldn't get anything done. Don't waste your time going to this branch you'll just end up going home.

Set up a meeting to open a business account. I showed up for the meeting and the individual I was scheduled with was not there. No call or anything to cancel the appt. Horrible customer service.
