Ivanka is a gifted teller. Chase will keep my business for now!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Set up an appointment a week in advance and received no communication the banker decided to not come in that day. Massive waste of my time. They had one person (who was new) attempting to help and the other tellers weren’t helping him resolve this issue either.

I am very disappointed with Chase and its customer service. this is the second time I went to this branch and the banker told me only works with appointments and he has no time and no customer was waiting and only will take 10 minutes may be to add me to my daughter's account. I had the same problem with him adding my son's account too. he is telling me he can call the police and he can quit his job. I think people getting lazy to work and have excuses for Covid. I need the manager of this branch or a higher position to call me

Bryan helped me out at the branch on 04/19. He was quick, knowledgeable, helpful and was able to answer my questions and provide a solution to my an issue. Personable and professional.

Chase: Stop using our money to destroy our kids and grandkids lives! Fund a sustainable future. Stop being the largest funder of fossil fuels! JPMorgan Chase is the biggest global funder of the fossil fuel industry. ? ? Not Helpful?

I've had friendly and efficient service at this location on several occasions. I generally prefer to do things online but when you need to go in person, it's nice to have things done quickly and with kindness by the staff.

I was working with Colter concerning questions with my auto loan. Colter was great to work with, however, I didn't appreciate the manager frequently popping in and asking Colter how long he was going to be with me. I made the appointment to make sure I could get all of my questions answered, but it still felt I like was being hurried out the door even though the interaction was taking a little longer due to THEIR systems being down! I had a few questions I didn't bother asking, because I figured if I did, the manager would be back to ask "how much longer" again. I feel bad for the bankers working in that environment. Kudos to Colter for helping me out in spite of those conditions. I'd love to work with him again, but I'll be sure to specify the duration myself next time I schedule an appointment rather than let their manager dictate it.

Poor customer service. The banker left early instead of helping me open an account and They told me to try a different branch.

This branch is an absolute joke. They have no idea what they're doing. Opened a business account and was told by Jared Ochoa that it was closed due to not meeting the minimum balance. However, a private banker from another branch confirmed it was because he gave my business a high risk NAICS code and the account needed maintenence. These people seem like they want to do the least amount of work possible regardless of helping the customer track down their mistakes. Moving all my accounts off of Chase for good.

Worst customer service, beware of this branch, the female tellers are so rude, I had to close my account with chade, go to a credit union, they treat you well. I will never have account with chase can't due to this blond teller at this branch, super unprofessional.

I have been in business for years and I have never seen a bank staff behave so unprofessionally in my life. I spent 2 months trying to refinance a home I have owned for 7 years and on a weekly basis kept getting different information. They would schedule a closing, then cancel it 2 days later, then request more documents, then completely forget about me and ignore my calls for 2 weeks. I actually had to go to a different branch and have a manager put pressure on this location to get a call back. In the end I was denied for a loan simply because they wrote down my employment incorrectly. Now they want me to wait until January. Let's put it this way, if you get denied for a refi on a home you have owned for 7 years and in those 7 years your debt has gone down, your income has gone up along with your credit score; is it more likely that you don't qualify or that the bank doing the refi doesn't know what they are doing ?
