Very nice and clean. I recommend watching the 6 minute video of the first witness (I don't know what it's called, but it's very good)

The relatively new video about Joseph Smith's first vision was the best I've seen...and it was presented on a 280 degree wraparound screen.

I am not a Mormon and it was very interesting to learn more about the origin of this religion. The museum is very beautiful as they created spaces (like a wood, a cabin, a temple). Volunteers (or employees) walk around and give more information. There was a very beautiful art exhibition on the second floor. No need to pay for the parking -- the streets behind the conference center are 2-hour free, just walk 5 min and that's it.

You might shed some tears. The spirit is strong here. So much to see and people to interact with. Be easy with the missionaries. It's not always easy laboring for the Lord and keeping a smile all the time.

If you let go of your preconceptions about it being a Mormon museum, it will be a really interesting place. Art works are hidden throughout the museum. Most of them are excellent works. These are realism and live-action works.A special exhibition was in progress when I visited. “With This Covenant in My Heart: The Art and Faith of Minerva Teichert” (July 6, 2023 ~ July 27, 2024). You can admire the works of Minerva Kohlhepp Teichert (1888–1976), a female American artist. The works related to the founding of Mormonism and the Bible are truly fantastic. Her unique drawing style stands out.

Whenever I visit Utah, I often visit the church history museum (free). The gift shop is nice. There is a children's area. The staff is very informative

It is beautiful, they have a golden angel more than 7 meters high called the Angel Moroni that is found in the temples... and you can have it there one meter away, the museum has photographs of the presidents of the church and some Objects from them, has a meeting or event room and presented with Christmas carols, it was beautiful. It is free and has wheelchair and elevator access.
