I bought a cabinet and it was shipped across country to SLC where it was delivered to Corlett for delivery to me in central Utah. But Corlett didn't deliver it. They reported it was "lost" which I interpret as stolen.So the selling company sent another cabinet using a different carrier to SLC. They also contracted with Corlett for delivery. Now 15 days after Corlett says it was "manifested". I still have not received it nor been contacted about it. I give them 1 star because it won't take ZERO.

I had an awesome experience with Corlett Express Trucking. Everyone from initial contact with Janea and Melka who were very pleasant and professional and had my delivery setup in 1 day and delivered the next day by the Driver Jadon who was absolutely the best delivery driver I've ever had. Thank You All.

Very bad experience. They Won't let me inspect packages, so we don't get our package unless we sign off on a most likely damaged body panel. Very rude people aswell.

This is the worst company. The office staff is completely unprofessional. They lie to the customer. If you want your items in a timely manner NEVER use this company. We waited weeks for our shipment with lie after lie and promise after promise to deliver. We had to track everything down as this company never reached out to us or even called us. I paid extra for insurance of my shipment and we got hosed with no reimbursement. Terrible, Terrible company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Held up my delivery for almost 2 weeks, made multiple appointments to deliver and never showed up. Emailed numerous times with no reply, called and got hung up on a few times. Justin called and said he'd pull it for me to will call, even though my delivery was paid for. I told him no, I wanted them to make up for it and deliver it to me and he said he wouldn't inconvenience one of his employees by doing that, that I would have to wait until their next scheduled date. I asked how I can guarantee it will actually deliver this time, he said I can't. Very unreliable, and Justin was unprofessional in working with a customer. I even emailed directly to Kent, president of Corlett, with no reply.

Corlett has been awful to work with. They would promise delivery and wouldn’t show up, they don’t communicate at all, and they were unbelievably unprofessional. I have never felt, as a customer, like my situation mattered less to somebody than with these guys.Here is our experience:We bought a TV from Walmart that was supposed to arrive in 5-6 business days. Corlett was contracted to deliver it. It took them an entire month to deliver it. We were on the phone with them every few days trying to figure out why our package simply wasn’t being delivered. After it arrived we discovered that the TV was broken, and after phone calls every few days for another month the new one finally arrived. Six weeks ago we got approval from Walmart to have the damaged TV picked up from our house and returned, but it I still sitting on our porch waiting to be picked up. This TV was supposed to get here in 5-6 days, but instead we have been dealing with it for over three months. Avoid them if you can. You will thank me.

One of the worst freight companies. Only delivers twice a week when interlining. Original freight company delivered pallets to them on Monday. Should have received them Tuesday but didn’t get them until Thursday. Lost sales due to product not being here in time. Also no back door on trailer so pallets are covered with muddy water/snow. Avoid them at all costs.

have had 2 of my orders for a week now, only going to Vernal, and still have not delivered. This was interlined by SAIA, who told them this had to be delivered first thing this morning because people are depending on it. They put it as one of the last deliveries of the day. One would think they would value the trust they're given by customers and get things sent out in a timely manner

Always gives us great rates, shows up on time, and delivers on time. They're super easy to work with on freight claims the one time they damaged a flagpole I had shipped.

I just spent the last 30 minutes on the phone trying to get an answer on where my shipment is and when it is going to be delivered. It originated with Saia, and then transferred to Corlett. For the second time in a row, Saia and Corlett Express Trucking cannot tell me WHO has my shipment. Saia told me Corlett had it so I called them. Corlett said they didn't have it. I called Saia again and someone different told me that they did still have it and would give it to Corlett tomorrow... Our last shipment that went through these carriers told me that someone would call me to set up an appointment for delivery to our business. That never happened. We got a phone call out of the blue telling us "we're here" and we weren't even at our store. Both companies are unreliable, slow, and can never tell me who actually has my shipment or when I can expect it to arrive.

The worst freight company I've ever worked with!My company is working with them as a third party carrier through XPO, and they've now missed a vital, pallet pick up THREE WEEKS in a row. First, it was "Oops, we missed it". Then the next week it was "oh our system updated so we lost the shipment". Then this week, DESPITE TWO FOLLOW UP CALLS from XPO, they missed the shipment both on the Thursday and today, Friday as promised because the "driver forgot the paperwork".Super unprofessional promising multiple pickups each week and not following through. Honestly, I'm in awe they think that this is "service"
