One of the employees.. I think Louella or Louise...seemed to be purposefully cropdusting us. What are you feeding this poor girl? I was having trouble keeping a straight face.

Referencing only the Tire Center here, but what a disappointment. I am used to great service from every other Costco I've visited; I guess there is an exception to every rule. I had a 4 pm appointment for a tire repair. I arrived around 3:30 and handed over my keys. After about an hour and a quarter I checked outside to see if my truck was in the lot, only to see them just pulling it into the bay. About 30 minutes later I was told that the tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced - oh well. Another 30 minutes go by and I'm told the truck is ready. However guy with the key is nowhere to be found. While waiting, I go to the truck to check out the tire and notice they did not replace hub cap. Luckily it just snaps on over the lug nuts. Key arrives, I get in the truck and notice that the TPMS is reporting the new tire is at 45 psi (should be around 75 psi). I figure that maybe it just needs to reset itself after driving a bit. I was wrong. After 30 minutes of driving I manually check the psi and it's actually 45. So I now have to trek to a gas station with an air station, pay $2 to fill up a tire that should've been ready to roll when delivered. Thanks for letting me vent. When I called to complain they told me that the paperwork probably indicated the wrong PSI - NOPE Paperwork clearly stated 75.

They broke a family members glasses twice before we even got them. Went to LensCrafters and got them same day. Don’t go here unless you like your stuff broken before you get it. They call it a practice for a reason!!

You have a customer service employee named Moses who has recently been incredibly aggressive, hostile, and unprofessional with customers. I suggest you fix that situation.

I love CostCo business centers. They have more of what I want without forcing me to buy all different varieties of flavors and things that I don't. I did notice one thing about this particular CostCo in comparison to the CostCo nearest me. This store sells clothing items, yes, but not as much as the one near me. I was happy to find that they have warm jackets, a nice variety of them. I really needed it at that time. I'd come to visit Utah to see family friends. I knew it would be cold. I brought a very nice heavy sweater but I didn't think that I'd be so allergic to their dogs. I wore my sweater but it came home with me completely smothered in dog fur. I was dying. So, making the choice to get the jacket was best. I was able to brush it off and not worry about it so much. I bought a nice Nautica jacket for $39.99, in comparison to $186+. Yippee. This is the 2nd largest CostCo in the nation. It is the largest in the contiguous USA. The one in HI is the largest. They didn't have samples. They did have self check express lanes for check out. That was nice. The parking lot here was so full and so busy. I loved how clean this store was. I wish mine was as clean. Their food items I thought would be different from my store back home but they were not. Somehow I expected more but was more than happy to have seen what I did. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon but this was a fun trip. I like wandering the aisles. Eh. Cool beans.

Dr. Mckell is awesome! Professional and super in detail, he is very easy to work with, and he will explain your test results very well and clearly. If I can choose Dr. Mckell to be my lifetime eye doctor I would!

I felt rushed in and out while the doctor was training in a new employee. The prescription he found was technically acceptable, but did not ask if I liked what I saw before trucking on forward.I ended up paying a different optometrist at Vis on 8&8 where they took their time and got me a much more fitting prescription with a lot more attention. Additionally, While asking about contacts, he put eye drops in my eyes and only after the fact said it was a numbing agent (the optometrist I went to after this visit was appalled at this for something as simple as contacts), I spent the next few hours with uncomfortably itchy eyes. The saving grace from a one star review was the lady at the front desk. She was super nice and really helpful trying to teach me to put my contacts in. Front desk lady, you are amazing. Optometrist, I hope you get better at people skills. Costco, raise your standards for optometrist contracts.

I was in line for the self-checkout with several other customers also in line and checking out. For whatever reason, I was singled out and the attending employee demanded to see my membership card, even though you have to scan it at the self-checkout to purchase your items anyway. I asked why, considering that it gets scanned during the checkout process anyway, and she said that people are using membership cards that don't belong to them to check out. Fair enough, however, she proceeded to NOT check the cards of literally anyone else I saw in line. During the checkout process I observed not even one other customer get stopped to show their membership card to the employee. What criteria are they basing this on? Why are they actively discriminating against some customers and not others? I was only purchasing food, nothing electronic and no expensive items in my cart, and to add on to that, it wasn't a large purchase either. Meanwhile, other customers were being ushered in without being questioned about whether or not their membership cards' pictures matched who they were. I was a little bit annoyed by the above scenario, but to add to this entire unpleasant experience, the receipt checker lady not only allowed another customer to openly cut in front of me in line, but then decided to take forever counting and digging through every single item in my cart (again, not a big order, and I only purchased regular food items, nothing expensive or electronic, etc). Meanwhile the lady practically ushers through other customers without any further inspection of their carts. I'm pretty upset with how I've been treated at this Costco and I won't be returning. I have a membership at Sam's Club as well and never get treated like a criminal there. There's nothing especially unusual about my appearance (as far as I can tell) that should have anyone thinking I'm a thief or stealing merchandise. Especially considering that I've been a regular customer at this location for many years, and at least a few of the employees are familiar faces. Alternatively, when I shop across the street at Sam's Club, not only do they NOT ask for your membership card at the entrance, but you can use the app on your phone to check out, and the man who checks receipts at the door is very kind. Way to send business across the street to Sam's Club, Costco. Considering how both Sam's Club and Costco operate such similar business models, yet Costco always seems to be so up its own @r$e about letting people shop there or randomly selecting customers to treat like criminals, I don't know why people still flood to Costco so much with both retails offering many of the same products. I really wish I'd been offered some explanation as to why I'd been specifically singled out by two separate employees at this Costco to harass over my membership card and purchases, while other customers were allowed to go through unchecked. You suck, Costco.

I am sent here at least once a fortnite by my mother. I won't say what she usually has on that list, but let's just say I leave with some weird looks. Despite all that, costco is my safehaven. I feel accepted there, no matter if i'm running to hop on a cart, pushing old people out of the way, or trying a sample for the fifth time that day. Costco, you don't need to change. I love you

Very happy that they finally added the express lanes. Thanks for this Costco, I'm sure I'll use it in the future.

Weird vibes in general. Asked for ID, I see they've scanned it. Took a photo of me, as well. That's weird. Dr. asked my job. My screen time? I asked if he could tell by tge iris scan. After reading other reviews,,, because I'm not ok with this system: saving my dr lisc and my photo; didn't ask/tell. (and weird vibes). I just needed an eye exam. Look at my eyes...

This is supposed to be the largest Costco in the world. I was expecting it to be more like videos I have seen of Costco Business Centers with lots of different stuff but it seemed pretty much like a normal Costco except for the 50 pounds of chicken legs for $25 in the cooler. Frankly it did not seem HUGE except the aisles were wider. They did have lots of discontinued clothing in my size. I kept telling my very reluctant husband that if I take out the packaging, it will all roll up in our very small roller bag. I did not check out frozen food, but the other sections and sizes and prices seemed comparable to other Costcos. The nearest bus seems to run once an hour from where we were coming so we decided to take the green Trax to Central Station. We then walked .7 mi but even at 29 degrees, it didn't seem that long. Easy checkout. I am glad I went. I wish they had more different stuff.
