I left some items either in my cart or at self checkout, I called to see if I could replace the items. It’s a valid position to not want to refund/replace the items in this situation, but they were rude throughout the whole process of calling in. They checked a log of lost items and my items weren’t listed, so I understand that from their perspective they would not want to replace it. I was frustrated with the tone of the conversation.I just wanted to get my kids chocolate milks, it’s my fault, so I I’ll buy them again.

Enjoy shopping there. Have to pay attention to where items are placed. Glad for our Optometrist. Go early around the holidays and all other times as well

You can find everything, it's like a makro but giant, you can even find clothes, TV, cell phones, tablets, pads, iPhones (all electronics), surveillance cams and everything at a comfortable cost...

Good store location. The parking is often really busy BUT the store inside doesn't feel busy and the checkout is usually pretty fast considering how many cars are in the lot and how many people are in the store. Well done!

Yes, Costco is always busy. That doesn’t stop the staff from being friendly and helpful. This is the biggest Costco is Utah, and they have a big selection of items.

Yes, it is bigger than you expect (the largest in the world). So a panorama photo seems appropriate. It's interesting to see how the larger store enables them to sell more SKUs. The spice section, for example, was cool. And the umpteen freezer cases had stuff I've never seen in Costcos in Texas or Idaho. We're not local or we'd have been exploring the whole place to stock up.
