BEWARE. Would absolutely not store a trailer or motor home at this location. We had parked our motor home at this location for only three weeks. Our double locked bikes were stolen by what looked like a pro. Each of our outside storage compartments were pried open and multiple items taken. The staff was horrible and extremely unhelpful both at check-in but especially when we notified them of the robbery. They almost seemed not surprised. They said they would file a report and review the camera footage. We have heard nothing. Don’t use this facility!

Management allowed by camper to be destroyed by squatters living on property. I alerted them to the issue the week prior and they did nothing. The windows and doors on my new camper were pried open and looted, and all the other campers in site had the same damage; Ten campers with doors open, awnings torn off, by the people camping there. Condoms were found on the ground by my trailer, just gross. According to yelp this happens monthly and management is involved. I would not be surprised, everyone on site is very shady. Should have listened to my gut and not rented here. Such a mess, has caused thousands of dollars in damage. Cube smart was very reluctant to even refund my money for rent, I had to raise my voice. Very unpleasant. They should be ashamed at keeping this staff on board that is allowing this.

Homeless living on property and vandalizing campers. I Parked my camper here for two months and it was destroyed by trespassers that also broke doors and windows on all the other campers in sight. I had reported the trespassers living on the property the week before and was told by management they would address it.

Super fast and easy to get signed up online and access the unit while office hours were closed only thing I didn’t like was the whole purchasing of the lock for the storage I already have 3 of these exact same locks. I believe it should be an option to purchase their locks. Specially when these locks only run 8 bucks at the most I’ve ever paid for my last 3, yet here they charged me 18 bucks.

Before completing my reservation I went to the office to see if I could look at a unit so that I got the right size. The man at the counter was extremely rude from the second I walked in. No greeting, just stared at me like I shouldn’t have been in there, literally rolled his eyes when I asked if I could see a unit and then he pointed to a picture on the wall behind me and said “There. See it?” My husband asked if he could please show us inside one and he audibly huffed, started slamming things, walked out the front door without a word and let it slam back in our faces when we tried to follow. He walked way ahead of us almost stomping in frustration the whole way. When he opened the door he threw it up so fast I thought it would break. And then he pulled it down and slammed within a few seconds while we stood and looked, then proceeded to walk off without a word again. My husband said I’m sorry if we caught you on a bad day. And he just said “Sure.” Then kept walking and went back in the office without asking if we needed anything else or anything. Probably the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Units were decent enough and accessible. I completed my reservation because of the sale and because I won’t be needing the storage for long but it would be unlikely I would ever feel comfortable enough to return to this business after being treated so poorly.
