I was going through Salt Lake and I stopped in there to buy me a couple T-shirts and I seen him on top by his office up there and I seen him duck out! It's not like I was gonna call out to him or something. I'm a grown man He doesn't really care about the average person, but when Kevin Hart was on the show, he kept calling him Mr. Hart I guess it's it's all about the money there if you got 200,000 for a car all of a sudden he's very friendly

We went to Salt Lake City for my birthday. One of the places we wanted to tour was Kindig It Design. Would certainly recommend this tour to anyone! From start to finish everyone was pleasant and friendly. Our tour director, unfortunately I never heard his name, but he was awesome. We got to speak to some of the guys working and they were so very kind. Ran into KevDog! He found out it was my birthday, gave me a hug and welcomed us there. All in all a great day!

Pleased to tour the visitor center. On the way out, I noticed Dave, Kev and the team rolling a chassis between departments outside. I was impressed that not only do they film building cars, but actually do all of the hard work too! Only take away that left me a bit disappointed was Kev’s comment when I asked what is was. He commented that it was OJ’s Bronco. Made me feel like an idiot and was uncalled for.

This show does a great job of showing the viewer all the work as it is being performed. The problem is 3 fold. Every car on this show and most of the other car restore shows do the same thing over and over....... drop each vehicle to the ground with air bag suspension and put ugly ridiculous wagon wheels that can hardly be seen in rear on every and I mean every vehicle. Absolutely no imagination. The 3rd problem is Dave Kindig and his assistant jackass "KevDog", both of whom walk around and try to be humorous on a 5 th grade level. Dave Kindig's arm is going to fall off if he forgets that aluminum coffee container he walks around with spouting and repeating his "Capt. Obvious" act about what is transpiring as if the viewing audience needs his descriptions. In conclusion I have to say the car work and all the techs are terrific, lose Kindig and that twinky "KevDog", they are a real turnoff, man !!!!!! Please be advised that this is my opinion. I also realize that this show is not scripted and the interplay has always been the way this shop runs. In reality there are way to many of these car/ truck shows, most are scripted with some degree of drama and all seem to have time constraints.

My husband and I took the tour and loved it. We've gone to several places similar to this around the country and this one allows you to get closer to the vehicles and take your time with questions and answers. Our guide, Brad, was friendly and professional. Great job!

I just wish I could've gotten into see the shop. I went there on a Thursday and tours are on Friday. Nice selection of Kindig-it swag inside the sales office, three cars on the showroom floor, unfortunately none of the hoods were open which is where some of the best work can be seen. The sales person was completely anemic and didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Still it was a really nice visit, got a quick glimpse of Dave, would've loved to talk to him and let him know how much i appreciate The art and craftsmanship that I see when watching Bitchin Rides!

Best food in Salt Lake! Get the Kev-Dawg special! Comes with a free stamp. Kidding. Why is this on Yelp? Restoration reservations here are backed up like 5 years. Why? because they are the best in the business of custom cars. So Dave, I gave you 5-stars. I've got a 1967 Camaro that needs some help. Can I get it in?

Had to stop by while in town. The gift shop was open and they have a good selection of shirts and hats. Some stickers and art work as well. They were doing tours but they were sold out by the time I went online. Tours are done on Fridays and the price is dirt cheap for a complete tour of the operation. Plan to book way ahead next time I'm in Utah. There were 3 cars in the showroom and they were awesome.

Stopped in Oct. 2020 but couldn't take the tour due to the COVID restrictions. The showroom is pretty cool...small but cool. Nice variety of merchandise to purchase. Bailey was at the front desk. She was so friendly and awesome and even autographed a shirt for me! I'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area and have a few minutes to kill.

It was cool to see live one of my husband's favorite tv show. Due to Covid-19 they were not doing any shop tours but we were able to look in from outside. The showroom is small and only has 2 vehicles on display but it's a nice place with some neat shirts to buy. We saw many beautiful cars in the shop that they were working on. It didn't take long to see everything but it was still a fun experience. We saw several of the guys on tv working in the shop.

I was in town and had some time to kill, and since I happened to be a fan off the show I stopped by. Gotta sat there wasn't much going on. The show room was nice, they had one of my favorite builds from the show on display. The guy running the register seemed nice, I'm not sure what I expected but like I said there wasn't much going on. I could hear people working in the shop but all the doors were closed so I couldn't see anything. I did buy a T-shirt. I guess I was hoping to see more.... cars, people? I don't know, I'm a fan of the show and try to get some ideas from some of the things they have done so I can use them on my own build. Anyway not a bad experience but like I said I'm not sure what I i was expecting.
