This is the first time in my life that I left the salon loving my hair. I usually leave thinking that I will fix it later because the stylist was clueless how to do my curly hair, but at this salon, I left with so much info of how to maintain this look. If you have curly hair, I cannot recommend this experience enough! Emorie obviously loves her work and it shows in so many ways.

We had a great experience with Bailey! My 3 year old daughter has very curly hair and we came in to get it shaped because it has grown out uneven. Bailey was so sweet and patient. Cutting a 3 year olds hair is challenging and it turned out so cute!We will be back! Thank you Bailey!

This place has been life changing. Embracing my natural curls has been quite the journey. Once I finally began to master my curls I came to this studio and the the results have honestly been life changing. Not only does my hair cut accentuate my curls but my curls also last days longer because of the things I learned while there. I’ve been twice and I already plan on going back in the coming months!

I have been debating whether or not to write this review for a while but have ultimately decided to share the concerns I have with this salon's cancellation policy. I received my first curly haircut from Chelsea back in May of last year—my haircut and the experience were fantastic. I was rescheduled for my follow-up in September and received the automated message for my appointment. The day of my appointment, I was rushed to the emergency room with sepsis and could not make my appointment, as I was admitted to the ER and subsequently admitted to the hospital afterwards. I tried calling to explain the situation but was only able to text the automated system. Since it was less than 24-hr notice, I was charged a no-show fee—which on top of all the medical expenses felt overwhelming at the time. I realize no-show policies are in place to protect small business’s employees and their time; however, this was literally an emergency that I had no control over. I ultimately chose not to reschedule, as I felt uncomfortable supporting a business who does not value the health and wellness of their clientele.Service: Haircut

Love Curly Hair Studio! They're the only place that knows how to handle my weird hybrid wavy/curly/straight texture. Pricey, but totally worth it if you're tired of bad curly cuts. I really appreciate the haircare tips the stylists provide as well.Service: Haircut

Although my experience at the salon and with my stylist was very pleasant I can’t say the same about my haircut. First when booking online it said $60 for my cut then when I go in and pay they charged me $90. I liked the haircut at first but then realized after a day that it was super uneven. I asked for face framers and she only did it on one side so I was completely lopsided. Along with that if I try and style my hair any differently than just my regular curly hair then you can see how uneven my layers are and it looks ridiculous. I’m very displeased with my experience here considering I spent over $100 to get this haircut and it’s probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I now have to go somewhere else and spend even more money just to get my hair fixed. I will never be coming back here again.Service: Haircut

Emorie gave me the best haircuts of my life! There are not many salons where you leave with perfectly styled hair. Curl specific dry cuts are an absolute game changer for curly hair. I have since moved out of the area but hope to book again when I visit.

Today I saw Chelsea for a cut and wash/style for my long curly hair. Not only did she pull out all the stops for my hair, she gave me tips and tricks on top of what I already know to be able to manage my hair even better myself. She was helpful, nice, and everyone in the salon was just as nice and helpful. I drove an hour and a half to get here and I'd do it again!

If you have curly hair - this is the place for you!!! I have fine, thinnish curly hair and have not found anyone who could trim my hair without basically ruining it. I found the curly hair studio and Chelsea knew exactly what to do for my hair type. I drive 70 miles to have my hair done here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I see people in here getting their hair trimmed or colored and they have such beautiful curly hair. I can't say enough good things about this salon. I had a great experience here with Aspen! She was able to give me exactly what I asked for with my haircut, and help me with some better techniques for my curls. And when I asked for a little extra to be taken off a week later, she was happy to help me with that too. If you have curl/wavy hair you need to go here! I have had negative experiences at other salons but not here! It is a very welcoming environment , the staff is so friendly and helpful. Tayslie is awesome and does a great job. I cannot recommend this place enough. They not only give you a great haircut but they will help style and teach you how to style your curly/wavy!Services: Hairstyling

Came here to get a fix from another awful cut. Tayslie did such a good job and listened to exactly what I wanted, was patient with me, and I liked my hair SO much more than when I went in! The place was super clean and cute too. Will come back!

I came to get a curly cut with Chelsea. It was my first time at this salon but my 2nd curly hair cut. Chelsea was amazing! She brought my vision to life, gave my hair shape, volume, and moisture ! She was so attentive and walked me through everything she was doing to my hair. I’m so happy with my curly cut! I’d recommend Chelsea and will be back to see her! I’m so happy she was able to squeeze me in! Thank you curly hair studio for introducing me to Chelsea!!

Tayslie @ Curly Hair Studio 10/10! A little over a year ago, I started the journey of restoring my curls. After having the same stylist (who I absolutely adore) for 5 years, I knew it was time to try a curly hairstylist. I am extremely particular with my hair and it takes a lot to earn my trust. I have had too many bad experiences. I did hours of research over the last 4 months and read every review available for the studios in Utah. ? I never leave reviews, but if I can help one curlfriend out, it’s worth it. Give yourself this gift and just go! The moment I walked in I was greeted with high vibes and smiling faces. Comfort level 10. Tayslie exceeded my expectations in every way. She also didn’t hesitate to bring another stylist over to talk to me about some shedding issues I have been having. I didn’t catch her name, but appreciate her time so much. Not once did I feel like a burden for asking a million questions or like they were in a rush to get me out of there. The salon was clean and the energy was so good. Tayslie was extremely accommodating and didn’t flinch at my list of requests and quirks. She earned my trust before she even started cutting. Love, love, love! I walked out completely satisfied and a loyal customer. She didn’t try to convince me to buy all their products, but educated me on the ones I wanted to look at. She is humble and extremely curly educated. Service, Skill, cost 10/10. 5 stars across the board. I can’t thank her enough.
