Went into pharmacy to get vaccinated because I made an appointment for me and my daughter but what they don't tell you is they are not in contract with Select Health insurance so if you what vaccines you will need to pay out of pocket. I ended up having to cancel the appointments what a waste of time.

Closing shift manager saw me park at 9:56 and shut the door at 9:58, legally you store front door can not be lockup up before closing time, I need 1 thing ,I would have been in and out with in that time but that didn't happened and my time got wasted ,you guys can use a bit more professional Managers or team ,specially if you working in pharmacy that is supposed to help customers in case or emergency, poor poor service and unprofessional team. Hope this feedback helps to solve this type of actions at this location. 05/20/2025

CVS sucks and the employees are the worse I’ever meet in all the pharmacies here in us how is possible that I’m in the middle of asthma attack struggling breathing I didn’t can speak neither becasuse I needed my inhalation aerosol and the girl told me that she will look for because they were closed they left me waiting 15 minutes there holding my breathe if I don’t ask her she left me waiting all the day after she send me to the 3500 location and guess what????? When I arrived they said they can’t help me even though I was struggling to breathe after that I get hospitalized thanks CVS I quit to this pharmacy the worst ever

They open when they want to open. Especially in the morning when you are in a rush to grab something before work. Hours say 8am but most times it’s not 8am.

the pharmacy staff are cool but the IVR to contact them is a kafkaesque nightmare and the makeup section usually looks like someone drove a bus through it. average cvs.

The store is constantly out of products I am looking for, the priceing is high on things I purchase compared to the smiths across the street.
I will say the employees are always Helpful
Pharmacists are always helpful.
The one thing that concerns me about your company is that when I try to contact your corporate offices about an issue I have not gotten a return call back no voice or messages or email ? When the employee I contact do not return my call after leaving a detailed message it is interrupted by me as you the company doesn’t really care. With being said perhaps you could look into who oversee this position.
I really don’t expect anything to happen about my response.

This store is absolutely useless. If you don't have any records or a phone number they recognize the only way to speak to somebody is by leaving a voicemail for the pharmacy. By calling the front store you can speak to a customer service rep who doesn't speak English and hangs up on you. DON'T. GO. HERE.

I'm trying to transfer prescriptions to this pharmacy and I have spent 20 minutes trying to get ahold of a actual person and not a stupid automated system!! I still haven't reached anyone!! I'm forced to leave a stupid voicemail!! What kind of crap is this!! Doesn't make you really want to switch pharmacies at this point!!

I want to commend and give the biggest thanks to Makunda, Ace and Kimmie. They were kind, patient, understanding and professional. They went above and beyond customer service when I was dealing with a very unexpected dilema last week. I came in the store to personally thank them today for their kindness and humanity. They were able to help keep me calm which allowed me to realize I was about to become a scam victim.

It would be nice to either have an open sign of hours posted. It isn't the the end of the world, but it would prevent me from stopping when you're closed.
Also, 10 am is too late when I can go to other pharmacies that open at much earlier times
