The table I purchased from Downeast was the Airloft Dining room. The table is beautiful. Downeast scheduled a delivery to my PO Box. I reached out to them numerous times the day before delivery to let them know that they have the address wrong. I sent a text and voicemail to the delivery staff with no response. Even called the store and no one was answering the phones. Day of delivery came and no table arrived. They attempted to deliver it to a post office. I called and they refunded my delivery fee of $100. Table finally arrived and a couple of days after receiving it the finish starts to peel off. I was told to only clean the table with a damp wash rag which is what I did. Call the store and they offer to refund or exchange the table. I thought this was great that they were able to do this. So we set up a delivery date. I noticed the bench started to peel as well and called the store to see if they would also exchange the bench and they said they would. So second delivery day arrives and no one shows up. I called the store and they said that the delivery was actually two weeks later. I have an email from the store that shows that I had the correct delivery date. Also on that same call they said they had no record of me wanting to exchange the bench. They then said they would fix that. Fast forward two weeks to another delivery date which was today. Delivery truck shows up and says he has a bench to deliver. I said there should be a table as well. He says he has no record of it. Call the store and spoke to a manager. She advises me that the table is not in stock and now won’t be delivered until the end of April. I believe I purchased this table in October of 2021. So now I have taken 4 days off from work with out pay to have this table delivered to me. I told the manager how we love the items in this store and had planned to come back to purchase an entire living room set from them, but will not because of this experience. I will however give them credit for being so willing to exchange the table and bench in the first place. But I feel like with all of this hassle, I maybe should have been offered more than $100 off and an “I’m sorry this keeps happening.” I hate leaving bad reviews, but this really has all been so ridiculous.UPDATE: I finally received the replacement table two days ago. The table is has the same damage as it did the first time. I have not even wiped down the table yet. I use placemats when we eat so I’m not sure why this has happened again. If this is a recurring issue they should not be selling this table.UPDATE #2I was promised a refund or replacement. Neither of these things happened. I have waited for over a year now and have called multiple times and have sent multiple emails. The response I keep getting is they are still trying to work with the manufacturer. It takes more than a year to do that?? Do not buy furniture from this place. I spent good money and received two damaged tables. I have even reached out to corporate with no response.

Maddy was good for helping me. She knew the products do was very helpful. I purchased some counter stools and I'm so excited to see them in my home.This was my first visit to your store and I’m sure I will be back.

I got an amazing deal on a floor model table, 5 chairs and a bench! The sales lady even helped me bring the chairs to my car. Great customer service!

Great customer service in the store! Purchased home good items as well as clothing. Their shirts are my favorite because they are usually longer in length. Being tall, it’s often challenging to find shirts long enough. Please never stop making the essential tee! :)

The customer service was good, but many unknowns for the warranty and what it covers. Also, not accepting Amex is extremely frustrating. We then went to the bank tp get a cashiers check for the full amount and were then told it was also not accepted. Super inconvenient. I'm hoping the delivery date and quality is all what we expect and were told.

I don’t really like the clothing that your present buyer is bringing in. Too many dresses-not enough pants and it needs to be updated all together. Clothes look out of style. Bump up your inventory for casual wearers that love your t-shirts and cute tops!!
