Poor customer service. You can never reach anyone here we had a party here and they didn’t have ice didn’t have pitchers, they brought the liters of soda out and candy for the party straight outta the Costco packaging yet we paid 900$ for their “Party package” lol if they were understaff and not ready to host why didn’t they just let us come in with our own stuff? So they gave birthday boy a return pass and the guy in the yellow “manager” is here yet when we called 50million times we can never get ahold of them to settle some things. Yet they are here yall! Standing and talking about how his bf took him to lagoon ummm ok. Only in here cause my son started crying when we came in and it was still poor customer service. Midvale location is way better.

This store is great and all the people who work there are nice. But….multiple times in the last couple weeks they can’t seems to open when they say they are open and that’s unacceptable. If you can’t open by 10am change your ours or your employee who can’t make it to work on time 🤷♀️♥️
