The fact that this company is still up and running is disgusting. How can you be okay with losing a family’s entire belongings and not tell them ANYTHING… They had to find out from a separate company that their truck had crashed and that they lost everything… that’s ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Leaving a family in the dark about the fact that nearly everything they own had been in a disastrous accident is truly disgusting. You let their belongings sit in the rain in a ravine for way too long! They could have salvaged some of their possessions but you guys didn’t do the right thing and notify them. Instead, they had to find out from a state trooper! When the family reached out to you, you were too busy covering your own butts that you strung them along with deceit and told them the trailer containing their belongings was involved in an “incident”. You refused to tell them where the “incident” occurred. Had they had that information, they could have saved at least a few of their very precious items! You need to do what’s right for this family!

Losing an entire families belongings in a crash and then leaving it on the side of the road is ridiculous. Even more so to not contact the family. You're more concerned with protecting yourself. I wouldn't be amazed if the driver was not qualified or legal to drive.

I feel so bad for this family! I hope others don't have this experience. We will definitely look at other companies for moving/transport. You DEFINITELY could've handled this better. You can do better!

Very effective pricing and the process worked exactly as described. The only recommendation I would give is to buy blankets or padding to put between their dividers and also the walls. There was unexpected rubbing that caused damage to my furniture, but that is more my fault for not thinking ahead better

It's been over 2 months since our move and we are still waiting to hear if we get any reimbursement for goods damaged during our move. We carefully loaded a truck that Estes provided.They experienced a breakdown during the move which required them to unload and reload our goods into another truck. Several items were damaged and even though we purchased the extra insurance to cover damaged goods, we've not been reimbursed or even heard whether we qualify for any reimbursement. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of care we've received.

Mover beware! The truck arrived without all the materials to hang the partition and move the rafter columns. Then after the driver installed the low quality partition and it later collapsed resulting in damage to our property, the company refused to cover these damages and refers us to the insurance, which likewise refused to cover the damages. So we are out with very damaged furniture and the company refuses to do anything about it despite that it was their flimsy partitions fault, resulting on the other freight slamming into our stuff (causing the damage).

My cross country move was super easy. Estes is so easy to deal with. All of their staff are very friendly, helpful and patient. The trailer was delivered on schedule to the pick up an drop off. I had no issues with items getting broken and the cost of the move was great. The only issue was the ramp for the trailer. The ramp is heavy and hard to position. I would say that the ramp is potentially dangerous and if you're not careful while unfolding and positioning it you could be pinched. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and would use their service again.

Could not have had a better experience. The pricing was fair. The customer service was courteous and accessible, without long phone wait times, and the trailer and extras provided we’re in great condition.

Estes made my move so quick and easy process. They are very flexible on dropping and picking up containers, I had to change it few times due to our closing period of the house! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Estes did a great job with my cross country move. They showed up in time and delivered the day they said they would! They gave me a call before the truck showed up so I would have time to get movers to help. Customer service was great and I called almost everyday to check up on my truck! Would definitely use estes again. I saved money by using estes instead of renting a uhaul and driving it myself!

The service is amazing. You simply order a container, load and pay for the space you use. I have used the company for about 7 long distance moves that I didnt have time to drive. Im a professional mover myself and use suremove when I cant do the driving myself. They are on time and the rates can't be beat. I will refer the company to anyone. I absolutely love working with this company.

SureMove was very convenient and flexible. It was slightly cheaper than U-haul, plus I didn't have to drive the truck or pay for gas. It was delivered on time as requested. I highly recommend them.
