I was sure my car was dead when I got rear ended. These guys took care of me when I had a smash and grab earlier this year, same care, and this time was an even bigger job and she was still returned to me whole. The employees are competent and kind, and my insurance and Enterprise worked seamlessly with them to make the whole accident go smoothly to get me back to my life. I will spare you the little details and why this was a nightmare experience in the beginning, all that matters is that Mark made it all right. His work was impeccable, he is a man of his word, had good communication and fixed all the mistakes the other gentleman made that works there. The front desk woman was also great and understood my frustration. After the headache I first experienced I would absolutely go there again because not many men will go to the lengths Mark did to make it right. I'm just not sure they ever want to see my face again ???

3-3.5 stars. Their bodywork skills are apparent, my car looks good.They moved around my subwoofer and didn't bother to rewire it.Their communication is sub-par. Several times I was expecting a callback and had to reach back out after several hours to get an answer from them. Several times I was given an ETA and several times they failed to deliver. If you expect quick turnaround, don't. Thankfully, they were kind enough to provide me with a rental car 2 weeks after my insurance budget for a rental car ran out.

Mark, Lisa, Courtney, & team are wonderful! Leaving your car at any body or repair shop can sometimes be a sketchy or worrisome experience—but Caliber experience was nothing but exceptional with their prompt and thorough communication and expertise. 11/10 recommend.Service: Body & Trim

TL;DR Customer Service was extremely poor. The representatives did not call back when promised or complete requests when needed. There was a lot of confusion over how to coordinate the estimate at the shop and with the insurance company that led to some delays. No option for a walk-in estimate appointment puts Caliber behind competitors. In the end, the bodywork came out pretty well, but the amount of hassle and the delays in time to get service are just not worth it. There are better body shops that will do a great job on your vehicle without giving you a migraine in the process. Details below if interested.~~~~~Caliber Collision is one of three autobody shops in the area that State Farm has authorized as "Select Service," or a preferred provider. I called Caliber to see if they had availability to do an estimate, but before I could even ask a question, the representative cut me off to tell me I had to select them as my chosen shop through the State Farm website before I could schedule an estimate. It felt abrupt and rude. I was turned off by the interaction but no biggie, Caliber had the best reviews out of the autobody options available, so I went ahead and selected them through the insurance claim. I called Caliber to schedule an appointment but the person who does appointments wasn't there and they said she would follow up with me. Two days went by with no follow-up, so I called again and was told I would have to wait at least two weeks just to schedule an in-person estimate. I immediately regretted choosing Caliber for the claim, because that's why I had called them in the first place to ask if they had availability for the estimate, so I wouldn't have to wait.Anyway, I asked if there was a faster option, and was told that I get an online estimate based on pictures of the vehicle - great! I sent in my information and pictures for the estimate. Later in the day, I received an email asking me to submit information and pictures for the estimate. Didn't I just do that? This is starting to feel like Deja Vu... as I'm working on resubmitting the photos and information, I get an email telling me my estimate is ready. Ok. I guess the second email was a mistake.I called State Farm and asked if they had received the estimate from their preferred provider, but it turned out that Caliber had not sent it to them. So I called Caliber AGAIN to ask about it and was met with the fact that they weren't sure whether they could send in an online estimate to State Farm, but they said they would call me back the next day to give me an update. I jumped through a ton of hoops to get State Farm to do an online estimate for me so I wouldn't have to wait weeks to get into Caliber. Even the State Farm representative was baffled when I was explaining the situation to her.Finally, I made an appointment to bring my car into the shop to get the work done in two weeks. On the day of, I was told that that appointment was for an ESTIMATE and not for the work! When I tell you I almost died. We decided I would bring my car in the following week. Then, the SAME representative called me back a few hours later to ask if I was still coming in for my appointment that day. She apologized and said it was a busy morning and had forgotten that she had already talked to me. I was losing all hope at this point.I was able to drop-off my car on the day of my appointment. The tear-down took a week rather than the two days promised. Eventually I got some information about the damage to the vehicle, but I was never directly informed of exactly how they were going to fix the rear bumper (repair or replace). I also requested photos that were never sent to me, and had to ask for them in person again when I was picking up the vehicle. The bumper was replaced and the paint job seems fine, although it doesn't perfectly match the vehicle. I was shrugged off when I said this, and told that pain fades and a perfect match isn't possible. That's fine, but I just never felt like I was well-informed at any point during t

Caliber Collision did a good job with repairs necessary to get my vehicle back on the road. The front desk personnel were attentive, caring & respectful to all my concerns, inquiries & suggestions. Caliber Collision was fabulous! I was very impressed with the courteous way in which I was treated as a customer. I received timely updates on the progress of my car’s repair. My car was ready exactly when I requested it…actually earlier! The staff was highly professional, friendly and always ready to meet my needs. In particular, Patricia was wonderful! I have so many wonderful things to say - first of all, my car was finished a whole 3 weeks before they said it would be, my car looks brand new (they also cleaned the inside of my car which was so kind) and every person I encountered was wonderful and helpful - BIG BIG shout out to Patricia who is a literal angel on earth. Not only was she informative and beyond helpful, but she was genuine and made sure me, my car, and everything in between were okay and taken care of.Couldn’t recommend enough- 10/10!!!

The girls in the front office were great to to work with , Rochelle is the one that answers the phone I could not remember her name so I nicknamed her Max we laugh about it when I call she keeps me posted on my car's progress It's a great shop to work with they do great work

This is the best body shop I’ve ever been to. Patricia and the other ladies in the office are the sweetest and know exactly how to take care of you. They make you feel welcome and like you are a priority. Aside from that, the body work on my vehicle was immaculate. My vehicle looked brand new, and even better than before. Not only that, but it was handled in a very timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend!!
