Went to see a provider for strept throat and certain recurrent infections. The provider did not listen to my concerns for history of multiple recurrent infections. Her name is Elizabeth Borys. This provider WON’T advocate for your needs.

I have severe allergies and asthma and finally found the right Dr. He is Extremly knowledegable and listened as well. I didnt feel rushed at all. He took his time to address all of my concerns and explain how he planned to help me finally start feeling better. I wish I would have seen him years ago.

After being bounced around by nurse practitioners because 3 doctors I originally saw had quit. And I was a patient for 7 years now. I'm discontinuing, I'm using my United Healthcare. Some where I can get the full benefit of A Real Physician MD instead of some nurse practitioner who has not been informed of my medical needs. Good by Exodus and GOOD RIDDANCE! Unless you wanna be bounced around by nurse practitioners because doctors don't last long or want to stay there. Because of some internal issues which I'm not aware of and don't care about because my health is more important.I even considered staying with Exodus healthcare if I talked to the administrator, which is the number they posted on all their complaints, but it took the administrator over 5 days to respond. And at that moment, I felt like it was a waste of time. I'm going back to healthcare. I received years ago at intermountain healthcare where I got excellent knee surgery. Excellent therapy afterward, and my knee still works.Scenes at Exodus healthcare administrators will keep you hanging in the balance. So they think by that notion you're going to cool off. And your complaint won't be so severe. But they have a hard time keeping doctors there. And they're always shifting around. And then you don't develop a real repore one doctor who will stay at that facility. They call themselves a network, but they only have two buildings, which I think doesn't constitute a real network.

Ema Mounga I actually loved her. Felt super comfortable and told my mom I need someone to help me get my health straight. I appreciate her honesty with me.

Fantastic team of Drs! They are thorough, compassionate! Now a day Dr’s don’t always seem to care, at Exodus they do. I have been very happy with their team of female Drs!

Dr. Banks is amazing! Best doctor around. He knows what he’s doing and makes you feel comfortable. He discusses the different options available and lets you have a say in your treatment plan. And he will always have you laughing. I wish more doctors were like him.

I would give Exodus 20 Stars if I could.I have a numerous of medical problems from chronic hives psoriasis fibromyalgia and Ms along with 4 types of arthritis.I haven't going to them for the last 8 years I stopped going to Granger medical because it just seems like everybody was a little bit router every time I went. You guys help to find out what was wrong with me and it didn't't just stop there.I have severe panic attacks whenever I go to doctors offices and things I've had panic attacks and stuff after my mom passed.... But these guys make it so easy to be able to go in there always kind at the desks the one in magna and the one in West valley.I've called him before because I've gone through a lot of depression since my mom passed they've made sure that they can fit me in no matter what and even if sometimes I can't get a same-day appointment I'm usually getting the next dayAppointment. What I've been to the point that has been so stressed out and I'm afraid to even call anybody when I've called and told them hey I need to talk to somebody I'm not feeling well emotionally inside or anyting they're always there to help even when they've gotten me appointments or even when they can't on the same day they talk to me on the phone they help me to calm down. This is more than a doctor's office four different doctors. When I go there I feel like family I feel like I don't have to be stressed out we're having... Or at least when I do sometimes and I'm there they help me....I've taken my daughter's here instead of Granger medical and other pediatric places because of how Exodus makes you feel like family.I have my doctor's April dr. Xander and a couple of other doctors.I don't think that I could have gotten through all this without their help. When I've talked to April my provider she's been empathetic helpful and just a friend!!!!Thank you so much for being more than just a doctor's office.Krystal Fugal

I felt I was given many options that were communicated clearly. I feel like I now have a team helping me make decisions. It was impressive to watch the impatient procedure. The visit didn't take as long as I thought it would take. I am glad that I was referred to Dr. Banks.

First I was told that I'd have to pay $100 at time of service, which apparently they charge to all people that have not met their deductible even if there is no copay on your insurance. Not acceptable I do not even have a deductible. Then I spoke to accounting and they looked up my insurance said that I will not need to pay at time of service and that should not have to pay more than $30 to $40 and that they do not know how the insurance pay. They are in network. The insurance pay the contracted amount( usually less than what the doctor bill )but if they in network they're contracted to accept the contract amount as payment in full and not charge the patient anything more, it pretty straightforward

The front staff can be cold sometimes and I think it’s just because they’re so busy but the nurses and the doctors are all really nice. I always feel welcomed and safe to share what’s happening and ask enough to understand what the next steps are.
