The assistant store manager Suleyma was awesome. She was patient, kind and explained each part of the rental process. She just walked me through all the steps of the application and contract. Showed me how to find unit, gate access and was sure to answer all my questions. Definitely an asset to the company!!!

Just got a unit and wasn't sure where/how to get in and then how to insert the lock. The on-site rep was VERY helpful & friendly. Incredibly clean building with easy to use app access. Fantastic!

Suleyma was so helpful! She signed us up for a unit in less time than it takes to buy a cup of coffee. Unit is easy to access and she even made sure we had no issues utilizing the Bluetooth capabilities before we left. Storage was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this storage facility!

Move out and move in was easy going the only thing, was the rate increase, which fluctuates, but overall a killer deal, and would recommend.
I did miss an item, during the move unrelated to ExtraSpace storage. But they were quick to give me resources to get it taken care of as needed.
