I haven’t moved in yet but so far the customer service experience has been excellent in regard to answering all of my questions both over the phone and in person and sticking to the details / information I was initially provided to make the decision to rent here as opposed to another storage facility.

Located close to where I'm staying. Ran into a couple of bumps on move in, but Aaron was great and fixing the minor issues quickly so I could move in. Know that you will need to purchase a special cylinder lock from them if you do not have one. Online rental will automatically add this to your invoice. Pay in person if you do not need one. Overall I had a decent experience for the short time that I needed storage. It was easy to rent online. Thank you!

Everyone at this place is super nice so its sad that I feel like I need to write a review like this. I rented a storage unit, double checked with the lady I was on the phone with if I could put my stuff in the same day. I put my stuff in and a week later I came back and my stuff was thrown out by staff a couple DAYS after I put my stuff in. One of the staff members actually grabbed some of my stuff from the dumpster but even then I had to throw items out because they were covered in some sort of mystery substance and just ruined. Just a huge miscommunication here and disappointed, and I'm sorry for writing a review because I never write reviews but people need to know.

I'm new to storage space. Haven't really had much time there to interact with the staff. However from very first moment on phone doing the routine questions and questions asked i felt comfortable and relaxed . Staffi met were friendly and very professional .. I'll do another review in couple months to see weather improved upon my opinion or not thank you

I booked online and received a generous promotional offer. I picked this property for the convenient location right off the freeway. Moving in was a breeze. They emailed my access code and there was a lock waiting for me in the unit. Clean and secure storage and the staff has been very attentive and helpful. Im happy with the quality service thanks!
