Walked into the location in Murray and one lady working walked by us and ignored us the lady sitting behind the desk would not even look up the I think doctor said oh they can help you then the lady who walked by said well do you have an appointment I said no just need to get some glasses have a prescription and said for my four year old the other stood up and said oh we don't have glasses for kids they need string to hold them I said your website says you do she and the other lady looked and said well you can see but we don't will never go back I'll spend money where they care

The service at this company is appalling. Ordered prescription sunglasses for my wife. They said 7-10 days. After 17 days I called them. Was put on hold by Christian for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and spoke to Christian again. I was put on hold for 8 more minutes. Then Christian came back on the line telling me that they had difficulty with the tinting and couldn'tmake the glasses. When were they going to tell me that?I told him to forget the glasses and issue me a refund. He told me I would have to drive back to the store with my original receipt and card used for the purchase. I asked why they couldn't simply refund my purchase and he explained that their "system" would not allow the refund unless I was there in person.So I had to drive 10 miles to get a refund. Of course, Christian was there at the front desk. I told him I was there for a refund and he told me only one person in the store (asst mgr ) could issue a refund and ahe was helping someone so please go have a seat.Long story short, I will purchase our glasses elsewhere. Only a glutton for punishment and frustration would shop here.

If I could leave a 0 star I might. The only reason they get a 1 star is they gave us a full refund. We had no choice but to come here when my husband broke his glasses on Christmas weekend. Got the glasses made the same day after hours of running from one location to another.But the glasses never felt right to my husband, come to find out they were made wrong so my husband went a week wearing a prescription that was not right.It was concerning since we ordered 3 pairs of glasses from them. Second pair we received the frame was faulty and didn’t fit.The sunglasses had one eye a completely different prescription ENTIRELY. We ask for it to be remade. A month goes by and they have no idea where the sunglasses are.Why would they not verify that the prescription is correct before giving it to a customer? Isn’t that to be expected?!They need better trained employees.To the owner, no I will not be back thank you.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Out of the 10 years I’ve been wearing glasses, I’ve never encountered a place like this. Every visit it would take 30 minutes before checking me in trying to figure out my insurance, instead of saving info/comments from previous visits, it was as if I had showed up for the first time. Then, after a quick visit with the doctor, another 1 hour just waiting for their systems to figure out coverage. I had to walk out multiple times in 2023, because they couldn’t get it right and had to come back and plan at least 2 hours on a weekend to get my glasses or contacts. People are not properly trained, their systems need major upgrades, with staff having to log in to multiple computers to get the same info. Overall, not one visit where I can say anything good.

I went to eyeglass world thinking that I’d be able to get 2 pairs of glasses for $89.00. IT’S A SCAM! I ended up paying almost $80.00 for the eye exam, and when they gave me my glasses they added a $120.00 fee for the glass? I ended up asking the store associate to give me my prescription, paid the exam fee and ordered mine online.

Doctor was very nice and fast. I was waiting to talk about glasses and order contacts. I had to get up after a while and say something to the employees. They were all standing at the counter and nobody even acknowledged me sitting. I was very unhappy being here from 4:40 to 6:15. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. I won’t be coming in again. I wouldn’t recommend

Here was the worst medical experience that I ever had. First they made us wait 1 hr for our turn even though saying that the whole exam will take only 20 min.Then the doctor, Dr. Mitchell, who clearly has no right to be in the civilized world much less hold a doctorate, kept racially profiling me. He kept asking racist questions because of my brown skin and dark hair. He first asked, as we are in the waiting area, if I needed the questionnaire in another language than English even though we filled out everything and did not ask for any help.Then when our turn came for the exam, he kept on asking where I was “ORIGINALLY” from? What is my “NATIVE” language? Even though i told him clearly that I prefer English, he asked me Parle Italiano and kept digging for my home country and native language. He also had the nerve to condescending call my partner, “Oh, SHE’S the expert, eh?” even when she was only responding after HE asked them a question. Then he kept commenting on the dialects in my home country, and expressed his so called sympathy for the people and my family back home- again none of his damn business.He then said that I shouldn’t get contacts because it might be hazardous when I do the metal-welding work- again showing his racist attitude towards people of color. When he did finally extract from me that I am doing a PhD in a STEM field, (again, none of his damn business) he said in a condescending and derogatory tone that, “Ohh so you are smart, eh?” And then when I said , yeah, he said, “well, it’s okay to be confident about it”.He kept putting me down about my nearsightedness and kept bringing up why and how I got to the US. The whole experience was so humiliating for me, but the end was nowhere in sight. They then made us sit in the contact lens room for 30 min, only to be told that they are short staffed and will have to reschedule my appointment to another day.Then it was the receptionist Mr. Rich Leister’s turn to make our day worse. He first couldn’t figure out the passwords for his computer and email address and made us wait another 30 min. Then, he announced my SSN to the whole room by asking from afar, “Hey, is XXXX your SSN”?We were so taken aback by this attitude of his. Then when the time of payment came, he kept asking me to donate for children in the world and how they are supposedly helping kids by giving them free glasses. But when I selected No donation on the card reader, he said AWESOME!! in a condescending tone.I fell so humiliated, harassed and ashamed that such people exist in the medical profession. I don’t know whether they ever got a degree or attended school because they did not have the very basic human decency to treat a customer with the very least of kindness and respect that they deserve as a human being. I am going to tell all my friends to never go to this hell on earth.The names of the people who gave us this horrible experience are Dr. Mitchell and Mr. Rich Leister. Please take this fair heads up into consideration if you are thinking about going to this place. I hope no one has to ever face such a humiliation.

This place is amazing. Their buy one get one deal makes getting glasses very affordable and the I strange you can add on is not only also affordable but also very reliable and helpful; especially if the wearer isn’t the most gentle or careful with their glasses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your visual needs.

My wife and I went in there today to get eye exams, new frames and lenses. Dr. Mike Mitchell made the eye exam part of the experience very pleasant as he is personable, very funny and actually taught us a few things. Ginger was very helpful with the frames and lenses part. She took her time making sure we had the right frames for our lenses and pupillary distance and seeing that we got the best deal possible.

No one will answer the phone. I remember back in the day when the phone was ringing and you're on another line, you simply put them on hold, answered the other line, ask them if they would hold please, and returned to the 1st call and took care of them. these kids today can't answer the d*** phone

I've waited for 2 weeks to the day for my glasses . They did not call me too come for them . I've called 4 times too see if there done . They wanted too tax more money on too the original price .Really don't want to even give them a one star . They suck
