It's an animated voice. It will NOT send you to a representative. When you give the voice all of the information you have, it still won't send you to a person. It just hangs up. What happened to having actual people who answer phones?

Made me buy my own tape for a 9 in piece, then their scanner didn't work, so I ended up going down the street anyways.

Will give 0 star if the system allows. They refused to take my package because the package is too big for the lady to left.
