The Truck in the Picture was Yesterday driving on the I80, from Evanston to Salt Lake City the truck was driving over 80mph, if you have GPS, you can track this driver, and he tried to pass another truck when we was passing the same truck, and he respond with the Middle Finger, rude Driver and unprofessional, and very irresponsable to drive.

Went in for an interview. The people were great. Very friendly and helpful. High focus on safety for employees and customers. I can see why FedEx is so well liked by its employees because they take care of them.

The place is wide and clean but the problem is when they are going to answer the phone you should call in order to know if your trailer is ready rings and rings and easily you can wait more than 25 minutes to get an answer.

2 out of 3 packages ive ordered have been delayed and messed up. Id avoid fedex at all costs.I paid for overnight shipping each time and the first time they couldn't find my package. (It was a live animal) and the 2nd time it was delayed. It said it was shipped here and then back and then here again. Like who messes up THAT BAD?

I had a freight parcel that was weather delayed that I had expected on a Thursday for that weekend. The tracking showed that it arrived at the main hub Friday morning and I thought there was hope, so I called the local office and was informed the trailer wouldn't get to the distribution center until Saturday and delivery was now expected Monday or Tuesday. I explained I had planned on the contents for that weekend and the associate transferred me to the supervisor. This is where I was very impressed. The supervisor, Jerry N., went above and beyond! He called the hub and had them load my parcel on a trailer to arrive at the distribution center that day, he then arranged for me to be able to pick it up at will call since I had asked if that was an option. The instructions to me were "it should be ready around 7pm, so plan on coming by around then to pick it up". Simple enough, but Jerry wasn't done yet. He called me at 5:05 pm to personally let me know that they had received and unloaded my shipment earlier than expected and it was now ready for pickup. I jumped in my truck and headed for the distribution center. Checking in at the gate was quick and easy, and by the time I pulled up to the loading dock they had it ready to be loaded. Truly a customer service oriented experience. Thanks Jerry.

Multiple shipments now have been days late with updates going back and forth from "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" to "Delivery exceptionReturned to facility for inspection" then back to "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" and the cycle continues. Disappointing to say the least. Choosing UPS from now on when given the opportunity.
