I’ve been to some great FedEx locations but this one is careless with goods. Had them help me laminate $200 worth of goods for a project and the majority of them came back ruined. They then charged me for ruining the stuff I gave them. With the only response being “that’s just how it goes sometimes”.

Worst fedex I contacted the manager to inform my package is delivering to wrong address they said they will track it back and they had it will them in the fedex location for a while and I see that they sold it to auction as lost and found which I cane through a Facebook post people selling my stuff. I'm never getting anything from fedex and dont recommend this place worst.

I’ve been a patron at this FedEx location for years and I’ve been consistently impressed by the kindness, helpfulness, and efficiency of their employees. Thank you for your stellar customer service skills again and again!
And a special shout out to Bryson, who so graciously assisted me today! I ran in with a haphazardly wrapped package right at the last moment trying to make the same-day- shipping deadline. He was extremely helpful getting me a correct size box and packing it with care. After realizing I’d forgotten to hand him the accompanying card, he so patiently and with a smile and reassuring words that it was no problem (even though it must have been annoying) he opened up the sealed package, inserted the card and re-taped it up again. I knew that I was sending it too late to get to Virginia in 2 days for a deadline I was behind on. He was very thoughtful and gave me several shipping options to choose from depending on price point for each date of arrival I inquired about. He was so efficient, knowledgeable, and just so pleasant to work with. I was especially impressed with this young man’s high EQ (since that’s the key to excellent customer service)! Thanks so much again Bryson, and to the whole FedEx team at your location!

Have never felt compelled to write a review a shipping service location because they're largely the same experience. That said, I've been to this fedex a few times recently and honestly was genuinely blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone at this FedEx was. Every time time I walked in they would make suggestions on packaging options even helping me find a free option in one case. Would honestly go out of my way to go to this FedEx for anything that's not predetermined for returns etc.

Great service, super kind employees, and a fast process! Really appreciate this group going above and beyond to take care of their customers. Was in and out in 15 minutes after needing labels printed and a box purchased, packaged, and shipped. 10/10 recommend.

Not super friendly in my experience. I have been here three times in the last year and have never received stellar service. I came in today to drop off an envelope and get a receipt. When Juan was done he said there you go and walked away. He didn’t hand me the receipt just gestured towards the printer before walking away. Super rude.
