NOWSHIP uses kubox trunks for our customer's small long distance and international moves. Our customer had a last minute move overseas, our OnDemand driver collected the packed kubox trunks, delivered these trunks to this location and had the team print the labels and international documents for the move. Recently I started frequenting this FedEx location. FedEx has always been one of my preferred shippers and continues to never disappoint. From the very first visit here, one of the employees Carmelita (who at the first visit was still just in training) took both the time and effort to notify me of business accounts (somehow this had never been brought to my attention) and get an account set up for my company as well as assisting with packaging some odd sized items, and anything else to make my experience as thorough and painless as possible. Over the following weeks I have been to this location a handful of times and every time she has gone above and beyond for myself and the customers in line in front of me. I’ve been impressed not only by her service in general but the fact that this is the level of experience I have received even from new employees. I will continue to prioritize this as my primary FedEx location.

I placed and purchased an order for a small banner from a new mexico store (nm store on coors is amazing) to be printed in South Salt Lake. S salt lake had instructions to contact my son when order was ready. My son contacted me to ask about the status a few weeks after my purchase. I called S salt lake fedex and they said my order was printed and destroyed because we had not picked it up. But that store failed to contact either me or my son until I got a text from them 2 days ago saying to pick it up. I called their store and was told it was not there but had been destroyed.

My wife just came home crying and upset because whoever the manager here is was so rude and condescending to her all because my wife didn't notice something on the label. Literally if you are that miserable of a person to ruin someone else's morning than quit your job. Honestly I do not suggest ever going to this location EVER! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT SUPPORT FEDEX IF THEY ALLOW THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR WITH IN THE COMPANY.

This is a huge FedEx location. They have all the necessities needed from a FedEx office. They have shipping and packaging, printing, business projects, and work stations with Wi-Fi. Plus really late hours is very helpful. In addition they sell office supplies like pens, books, paper, etc. I received great service from Jana and Cassandra. I cannot day enough good about the team at this FedEx. I was printing invitations for my daughter's birthday and made every mistake possible! Jana was so helpful in getting the invitation just right and she even showed me how to use their tools to get everything cut and perfect! This was an outstanding experience, but I've many other business experiences at this same location that were also very positive and helpful. I highly recommend using them for all your business and personal printing needs.

I did a homeshow and needed a quick display set up to print, I thought for sure it would be too late but they got it done in an hour. I was blown away. The guy Noah helped me over the phone helped me pick out what I wanted that could be done fast I emailed the store my image file and boom! I got a call the next hour for the manager to come get our order and we all lived happily ever after.

Been using this location for years for our business marketing materials. Hard to do job and they nail it everytime; if there is an issue they fix it for me within the same day normally. Great workers, great place to bring your business.

Good staff aside from one woman, I was before an older man and while I was getting my change to print a copy of my resume because I had a job interview that day and she seemed like in a really bad mood already (found out it was they're understaffed that day but still) so she said she'd be right back and took the man behind me to help him, despite the fact I got my change out at that very moment. Was stuck waiting for 10 whole minutes before another nice employee came and helped me plus didn't charge me due to the crappy service by the other woman. Again, great staff excluding the idiot.

I tried to get a passport photo printed for my son in-law. Since this is not a US passport I requested to get some help. I'm nearly 2 hours away from this location, my son in-law was on site.
Problem: They can't edit for another country. My solution: No problem, I can edit this if they can send me the file.
Problem: They can't send it to me. They can only take the picture, print it and put it on a flash drive, if my son in-law has one on him. My solution: SIL has flash drive.
Problem: I need the file today. Their solution: SIL can use their computers to email the file to me. 35 cents a minute to use their computer.
Problem: SIL needs 4 photos for his country. Their solution: they will scan the passport photos for me twice and I will have 2 files on the flash drive.
Me: ?????? WTH?
Problem: SIL has photo that his country has rejected, he was given 1.5 hours to fix this before country agent departs Salt Lake City. Their solution: FedEx gives us a photo studio in SLC to make an appointment and wait 10 days to get prints.
Problem: Could you take his photo on his phone and then he can send it to me. He will wait for the file to be sent to FedEx and get prints. Their solution: No. we can't touch his phone.
An extra file on his flash drive? I'm not the most computer savvy wife on the planet but even I know that an electronic photo isn't going to do one-iotta of help if we don't have hard printed photos for him to take in to the country's passport agents.
This office is a waste of time and money. They were of no help. Next time I will drive to SLC and bring along a mobile printer. It will be cheaper and less stressful than counting on FedEx. Why? Because I can't count on Fed Ex.

Utter crooks at this establishment. Count on it - this complaint will be escalated. Brought in 6 boxes labeled for 2-day Int'l to Vancouver - a common shipment for us. Was told 2 of the boxes needed to be replaced. Whatever. Paid $20 for packaging services and left. Checked with the recipient 2 days later and all six boxes were the original used boxes. Crooks.

Rated this a 3 star as the customer service is hit or miss. One experience the customer service told me I needed a better box. I didn't think there was anything wrong with it. The customer service agent r commanded I buy one of their boxes. Repackaged at home and brought it back the same customer service agent gave me a look that made me feel he was disgusted. Maybe he/she works on commission. On a separate occasion I brought in a box that was nearly identical to the above box which I had to repackage (storage unit bought box plain on the outside) and the clerk complimented how well the item was packaged for shipping, Hit or miss customer service

As I was walking in the door the General Manager was walking out, clearly to go home. Instead of leaving she asked what I needed then turned around and went to the counter and made sure I got help. I thought that was pretty classy.
