Staff is not at all cooperative. They don’t even want to listen to anything.
My package is currently under shipping and need some address modification. Customer service team is asking to talk to the store from where I shipped, and store team is not even ready to look into the matter. Pathetic.

Website said $32 for shipping an envelope to Germany. I went in store and it was suddenly $90. I asked about it and the cashier was unhelpful and didn't care. I left and went to USPS and paid $5.37 for the exact same address. I didn't even have to wait in line because they have a self service kiosk. Use a main USPS office as the Harmon's one can't do international.

Short staffed. Insane Long waits - very poor service. Waited over 45 minutes and still couldn’t get anyone :( UPS down the street. Go there instead!

Kenzie helped me on 3/13/25. She is kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Her versatility allowed a crowd of customers to achieve what they needed in an incredibly timely manner. This is not the first time I come to this store, but it is the first time I receive such great quality of service.

They have failed with 2 deliveries to my apartment. Took the day off of work so I could be here to sign for the box. Did not come when they were supposed to. Talked ro customer service and they DO NOT HELP. Any vendors who use fedex I will not be ordering from you. PERIOD!

Went here to print one document from an email. There were no employees present when I came in, when a guy finally showed up he was the opposite of helpful. Made me feel like I was an idiot for not understanding how the system he works with everyday operates. In the end I paid the stupid self service printers 5 dollars and never got my print. I went to a local coffee shop i visit regularly and asked if they had a printer and a BARISTA printed my document. A coffee shop was easier and more helpful than an actual print shop. Probably time to fire all your employees at this location and start from scratch fed ex .

This office saved the day! FedEx Printing went above and beyond when all other print shops said no. Jett was amazing and ensured our critical funeral print job was completed the same day and in just three hours! Thank you!!
