Not sure if it was the driver here but I received a package from fedex (downtown) that was sliced open. Could visibly see razor marks on the box.Nobody had access to the package except me and the driver. Its pretty creepy knowing people are opening my packages.

It says authorized shipment for ups and fedex but they don’t have a QR code scanner.

Not sure what the deal is with FedEx, but they provide the WORST shipping service! Our house is clearly marked with our address in multiple places yet they cannot seem to deliver packages to our house. They've delivered our packages to neighbors, or just not delivered them at all. They'll mark the tracking as delivered, yet our cameras show no FedEx delivery at all, nor any other vehicle delivering a package to our house or our neighbors. Our front yard is not fenced in & there is nothing obstructing a delivery to our front door. Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL, OnTrack, etc.... ALL seem to be able to deliver our packages just fine. For some reason FedEx just cannot figure out how to deliver a package to a correct address! SMH.... When they're not delivered anywhere known, just WHERE do our packages go?? Whenever I see that a company is shipping something FedEx I just cringe because it's a problem EVERY TIME!

They helped me fast, they gave me accurate shipping time frame, and a coupon for a box.The gentleman that works here he knows his shipping stuff, he advice me on shipping options that best fit my needs.Highly recommend.

This place is a joke. They do offer shipping, but only certain types, and it is never the option that you want. Location is terrible. It is hard to get into the parking lot and when you do there are no spots. Staff is rude, and the wait is usually long. Skip this place and go to the nearby FedEx Office Pack Print and Ship.

Important documents were sent over night, never received, tracking stated driver delivered. Called got a case number, heard nothing back, after w hours I called again. Sorry the person handling your issues have left for the day. It will take 48 hours to investigate! Totally unacceptable!Documents are due back tomorrow. How in the hell do you people stay in business? Your a bunch of amateurs.

I had to call to get a mis-delivered package picked up and taken to the right address. I ended up at Express, and by the time someone answered the line, I'd been waiting for quite some time. The man who answered was very abrupt and no help, just said I'd called the wrong place and needed to call the 800 number. I've never had FedEx be so short.

Automated phone system is so annoying. Took me 30 minutes to finally be put in contact with the right person and they ended up telling me they don’t know what happened to my package...? How do you not know?
