Needed to have an emailed 13 page PDF sheet printed. Was told there was a 24 hour wait for this service. Never waited more than 10 minutes at any other Fedex location for prints.

I’m a corporate FedEx customer and this is the location. I always choose to come to when in Salt Lake City. It’s really crowded and the staff are friendly and can help you out.

Just want to send thanks to Marie for her help. I had an unusual question and she went out of her way to call a FedEx in another city to help me. She also gave me advice on how best to pack and ship my items. While she was calling for me, another employee checked to see if I needed additional assistance. Everyone was friendly.

I've been coming here weekly for years as a small business owner. Staff is hit and miss at best. Occasionally you'll have someone who remembers you, usually staff all act like it's their first day on the job and first day doing any kind of customer service. Today kind of sealed the deal that I'm going elsewhere for my print needs. 3 staff, one with customer, one walking around looking lost, one busy in the back... i stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me- and all I needed was to pickup a completed and paid for order which as per usual it took 2 people to find. I'm not sure how to explain it but it feels like the gravity is turned up too high in there- everyone moves so slowly and seems so confused- even with things they did for you the week before. Every time I come in I feel like I'm the first person who's ever asked to pick up an order- everyone gets so confused. I think ordering from online printers with a bit more lead time is going to be a better fit than coming here in the future. The one on 200 south was better with more difficult parking but that's gone now so I guess it's vistaprint from here on out.

Terrible service. I went to get my passport photos taken and the absolute dismissal of my concern and rudeness was infuriating. I had the list of req from the embassy which wasn’t being checked and I was basically told, this is what I can do, so pay and leave. No other conversation is welcomed. So I wasted $32 and left pretty sad and angry.

Exorbitant print prices. They wanted 3x what another shop had quoted me for large-format poster print. $150!!

Least helpful staff ever, ring you up outrageous prices and won’t explain why, then won’t help you operate printers to load premium paper or prepare files.
