I worked at Fetch for nearly 8 years. Although we have gone our separate ways, I will always love and support them, so it makes me very sad to see completely false “reviews” being left on here, with random photos thrown in for shock value. I can assure anyone reading this that the nasty reviews have been written by someone who is NOT a client, and for some reason still has an agenda to try and ruin a business. It’s disappointing that disagreements lead people to the point of writing downright defamatory things online.The owner’s built this business from hard work and dedication to dogs. Not only were they owners, but they were actively involved in the business. They were there bright and early every day working, ensuring the dogs were properly cared for, as well as establishing a relationship with each dog and client. I’ve never known any other business owners who care about their business the way that they do, or any other owner who was genuinely a part of the team like they are. Anyone who truly knows them can attest to that. Fetch and it’s extremely experienced team are still to this day the ONLY people on the planet I would trust with my dogs, and I certainly wouldn’t be leaving my dogs there if there was any type of mistreatment. My dogs can be a handful, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing I still have a place I can take them where I know they’ll be properly managed and cared for. The care of the dogs is the ultimate priority, and being that I worked there for 8 years, I can promise you that with all my heart. So it makes me particularly upset when it’s implied otherwise. I learned endless amounts of knowledge and expertise from the owners and my fellow coworkers, more than I’d ever learned at any facility I worked at before. Fetch is a wonderful place, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I had been taking my dogs to Fetch for little over a year- prior and after their “reopening”. To say the least, the conditions haven’t improved in even the slightest. And the new manager/front desk girls clearly mask the issues with a fake smile and a lack of care. One of my dogs was diagnosed with Giardia (keep in mind we go to dog parks and Tanner and have for YEARS, I understand this is a risk of bringing dogs together. But after 5 years in other daycares - my dogs have never been sick). Both of my dogs have suffered from punctures, bites, scratches and more- none of which could be explained to me. They also still gorge down water immediately when they get home…Another time my dog contracted kennel cough, which wasn’t a big deal. We got on antibiotics and returned three weeks later- the next day my dog was diagnosed with pneumonia. I picked her up the day before (they also brought out the wrong dog…) and she was wheezing and barley mobile. The legal issues (them being shutdown for abuse, neglect, having puppies in the attic, permit issues, drainage issues, etc) are still so prevalent and I took a look at the yard outside- it’s absolutely filthy. The reviews and police reports speak volumes. Please take your babies elsewhere.FYI business owner, you won’t find my name in your customer database cause I’m using an alias. But this is all very real, very true, and very scary. These people are monsters. They do not care about your dogs as much as the front desk ladies act like they do.

This place should be shut down. Our dog came home with wounds multiple times and nobody had answers as to what happened. It's as if no one is even watching the animals. I will never take my dog back to this place. When we brought the injuries to their attention they did not seem remorseful that they had no idea what happened.

The staff is very attentive and get to know each dog well. Always comes home tired from a full day of playing.

I have been bringing our dogs to Fetch for three years now. I recently had Cedar stay with Fetch for four days. He seem to enjoy his time with the other dogs and staff. I have referred Fetch to other dog families.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I brought my dog here twice for daycare and after I brought him home the second time he was coughing and having difficulty breathing. He can barely make it 50 feet from the door without one of these coughing fits. After a vet visit that cost me $600 he’s been diagnosed with kennel cough and pneumonia. He has 2 weeks of antibiotics to take and cannot exercise or play for just as long. After calling to ask for my money back for the 6 daycare days I had purchased and to let them know that my dog is seriously ill I was not offered any accountability, only a refund. After I realized any accountability was off the table I just told the general manager I was speaking to that they need to know that a dog has gotten seriously ill at their facility and they just kept deflecting.The place is obviously overcrowded and understaffed. It smells like urine. I should’ve gone with my gut and taken my dog somewhere else.

Power Mini Aussie Alastair enjoys staying at Fetch. He is happy when we pick him up, and we really appreciate the staff. They are friendly, kind, and professional. We highly recommend Fetch for your loved pups!

I thank Fetch for accommodating my 2 precious furr babies for 6 days of boarding from 02/18 to 02/24. Unfortunately both my dogs came home extremely sick and lethargic with vomiting, diarrhea, and kennel cough. After reading other reviews I have to question the integrity of this business. I followed up with a phone call and was told they were aware of a sick dog at the facility. If they were aware, why wasn’t I contacted or any action taken! When incidences like this happen at any kind of business, the customer should not have to play detective.

We have been taking our little one here since they opened their doors a fews years back. Staff is extremely nice, and the facility is great. I highly recommend this doggy day care.

Just can’t say enough good things about FETCH! What makes them great are the wonderful people working there, making sure our furry ones are well taken care of. Trish, Cami were so helpful and kind and know how to make customers feel special!Thank you to the whole team!
