This place is awesome. They have lots of board & card games. Very busy too long of lines was in a rush had a barbecue to get to. Bought elsewhere what needed at a convenience store instead. Wide variety of unique things. This place is like a Radioshack, Toys ‘R Us, Dollar Tree, Sharper Image & Sky Mall all rolled into one. But nothing is more than 20 bucks even a robotic vacuum.

I tried to go in a store and the door was already locked at 7:36 pm A male employee unlocked the door and said we close at 7:45pm then went back in and locked the door. I was quite irritated that we couldn’t even go in at 7:30pm. I won’t be going to that store again.

Got there at 7:30 on Sunday. Hours indicate closes at 8. Doors were locked. I waived down an employee and he opened the door and said we are closing in 10 minutes. I said you have 30 minutes. Employee said they just changed the hours and they close at 7:45 PM. He should have just said we are trying to get out of here on time tonight and I would have been cool with that.

Called to ask a simple question if they had something in stock. Whoever the chick was on the phone, was INCREDIBLY rude and short. If you hate your life so much that you have to be rude to a customer, get a different job. There are better five belows in the area. Don't go to this one. And especially don't call them, cause they will treat you like you are stupid.

the staff today at five below was incredible, the lady restocking the inventory was SO helpful, she let us know what product was new and helped us find things that we were looking for. The woman at the checkout was kind and helpful.

145 p.m. on December 11th 2023, this is a message for the store manager sarah. There is a gal with brown hair just below her chin who was incredibly rude to a couple of senior citizens. She told them that she could not help them check out I know they would have to do self checkout. I am a case manager that helps senior citizens and I watched her behavior and then called the store and asked for the manager's name who has helped me several times on several occasions and is very kind and is always willing to help somebody check out if they cannot do it on their own. I am reporting this employee and I will make it a point to call the store back until I reach the manager. I will take this to the general manager if I have to. Sarah, this employee is very rude and if I would have had the wherewithal to record her behavior, I would have. You need to speak with this employee and if she does not like her job then she needs to go somewhere else.
