The burgers are awesome. Best fast food place to get burgers. Service leaves something to be desired but people need to realize it's a fast food joint with kids working there. Not sure what you expect.

I’m having a hard time paying for five guys these days. Always out of fry sauce and the amount of fries keeps getting less and less.

Great burgers, lots of fries, and not too expensive. Lots of customers but the wait was not long for our food. Besides they had free peanuts ? in boxes that you can munch on while waiting. I was placing the shells on the table and an employee walked by slid them on the floor and said that's where they belong.

We frequent a lot of five guys locations here in salt lake county. We also order around the same thing each time so i we have grown accustomed to a certain five guys standard. Unfortunately this is one of the worst five guys locations I've been to, we ordered for pick up when I brought the food home my bun was inedible soggy to the point where it was falling apart on tedged when I unwrapped it (luckily I had some hotdog buns so I'm using that as a top bun) most upsetting of all is the absolute lack of fries we received we always go to five guys and get large fries because we love all the extra fries at the bottom I'm not sure if it was just tonight or if the regularly only fill them barely to the top at this location. A real bummer I will definitely be driving the extra couple miles to literally any other location then this one

If you're gonna raise prices on everything, you better have your act together. Otherwise, we look elsewhere and/or we cook at home more often. This used to be my favorite go to place for a good big burger, and I like the fries, which my wife loves (now, loved). The fries would be the only thing to talk my wife into going to this place. But last week we went for the first time in a few months, and they seem to be going downhill - big time! The fries seem to have been made from the smallest potatoes or just potatoes with extra skin because these fries had a ton of skin, very little potato, and a ton - a ton of salt. And I like Salt, but this was too much. As I stated above, we had not been there in a while, but we're still surprised and dismayed, because they had always been good and edible. Because we can't count on the fries, though, I won't be able to convince my wife to go back to try another burger.Speaking of the burger, mine was good like usual, but it was just under $11! I forgot to mention that I got the regular plain hamburger with nothing on it! So, in light of their very high prices for fast food (with a wait), it got me thinking that I can make a lot of really good burgers at home with the most expensive beef for less than $11. So, I guess I can't rely on five guys anymore and I'm about to delete them from my Yelp collection. Too bad. Good luck to others who used to like 5 guys. Ps. Remember the inedible salty fries - those were like six bucks! It's not fun to feel like you got ripped off, but that's what I still feel like - and that was a week ago (I'm just looking for another burger place for tomorrow).

That's a tasty burger. I was happy with the food. It was freshly cooked and flavorful. The fries were good. The peanuts were an interesting distraction and meant that there was never a point at which I was just sitting there hungrily waiting for something to munch on. The place struck me as dirty, but maybe that was due to the small children that had made a mess of peanut shells and such. I would eat there again once my cholesterol levels recover.

I gotta give these guys some credit. When they first came in, the quality was exceptional. But then like so many places, it appeared like they were cutting costs, the quality went way down and we mostly gave up on them. But last week we returned and to our surprise, the quality has returned. The burger was exceptional, cooked perfectly with soft, fresh bread. One helluva good burger!

I don’t understand, they keep giving less and less fries every time I go. The large fries is damn near 10 dollars if you tip, and I swear they’re not even giving me what a small used to be. Absolute rip off. 5 guys is going downhill. Maybe this location is just bad.

I absolutely LOVE Five Guys but this location is horrible. I've been here twice in 4 years and each time it's been nasty. I should not smell the bathroom in the dining room. The food was sloppy. It would be nice if ppl took pride in their work. I couldn't finish my food after paying nearly $30. I'll never go to this location again! Ewwww

I had a delicious meal while visiting the location on 3300 South, next to the REI on the East side of the Salt Lake Valley. To be honest, I have never once been disappointed by the food at any Five Guys location. Their burgers are one of my top rated, favorite tasting sandwiches I've had anywhere, including some high end, well-know , more expensive steak houses here in Salt Lake City as well as across the nation. Oh, and I really enjoy the copious amount of deliciously seasoned Cajun Fries, and the ability to fill up my desired amount of little"to-go" containers which I've filled with a very tasty Fry Sauce (which is a rare commodity these days because the food-service industry as a whole feels like they shouldn't spend even a small portion of the company's "hard earned" revenue to provide something they consider "extra" in order to increase their customer base's overall satisfaction. But......Five Guy's surprisingly DOES OFFER FRY SAUCE to it's hungry customers, not to mention they don't charge paying customers for each individual cup of fry sauce.......WHAT A CRAZY CONCEPT!!!!

The host was very arrogant and rude. Acted like he hates the customers. Dressed shabbily almost like a homeless person. Unshaven. Hair messy and appeared dirty.
