“The arrangements shown on their site are beautiful and they came highly recommended by friend local to the area but I always get nervous ordering from afar. Other experiences with doing through random selection this have been disappointing.
NOT this one! And this was a very important & personal occasion. They exceeded my expectations and I’d order again from them with zero hesitation. The arrangement delivered was packed with fresh gorgeous blooms and the note I’d written on order online was printed and attached as well.
The funeral home arranged flowers around viewing room and these were placed front and center to photograph of my dear friend next to urn. Another testament to the quality of the arrangement. This helped me feel I was a part of a celebration of life when I was not able to be there in person.
My friend steered me right with her referral and Art Floral knocked it out of the park.”

My grandma's birthday comes once a year, and this year I was on top of things. I called The Rose Shop 2 weeks ahead of time, and spoke again to Kylie. She is so thoughtful and helpful, and helped me order another beautiful arrangement for my grandma! I asked if a specific kind of flower could be included, since I kind of just tell the shop to go nuts (but stay in budget ?) and she said it would be no problem.

I picked up the flowers yesterday so I could drop them off myself (and see Grandma's reaction) and the gals in the shop were so lovely! They gave me a box for the vase (so thoughtful!).

All this to say, THANK YOU!!! you guys have helped me make my grandma's day two years in a row, so you'd better believe I'll be back year after year. ❤️‍?

ORIGINAL REVIEW, 12-3-2024:
I called The Rose Shop yesterday to order some flowers for my Grandma's birthday. I was worried I was too late, as it was 12 pm and I was needing the flowers by 2:30 same day, but The Rose Shop assured me that they would take care of it.

I spoke to Kylie on the phone. I gave her my budget, and she asked me some questions like where I thought my grandma would like to display the flowers, what i wanted to do as far as something colorful or more greenery, etc. My only request was that we avoided any kind of lily, as my grandma has a cat at home.

I went to pick up the flowers yesterday afternoon, and the business was easy to find and easy parking. The flowers they arranged for my grandma were BEAUTIFUL!! So colorful, a total standout piece. I was so excited I didn't even take a picture of them! (Oops!) I couldn't wait to get them to my grandma! ? Kylie and the staff went above and beyond, even putting the flowers in a vase with a wide bottom to avoid the cat knocking it over, which i didn't even mention. That was so thoughtful!

My grandma LOVED her flowers and was so, so delighted. I originally was going to lie and say the flowers were from me and all of my siblings, but they turned out so nice that I kept all the credit. ?

“This is truly the very best floral shop in all of the Salt Lake Valley. I am so impressed with this florist's flair and creative skill, and the high quality of the arrangements. Every time I get an arrangement, I am so pleased, either as the giver or as the recipient. This picture is just one of her many spectacular arrangements. And the price is so reasonable, it is surprising to me. Just tickled to buy a floral arrangement from The English Garden. This store is in the foyer/lobby area of the Salt Lake City Main Library. Call and just tell the florist what you want, and she will surprise you with the end result. Wonderful! Parking is free downstairs for 1/2 hour (can enter off of 400 S going east, or 500 S going west), and also I found out that you can get a 2 hour validation right inside entry to the library (there's a little machine, bring your parking ticket up with you), which is right by the shop. This Christmas arrangement is so wonderful in person, it has a classy ornament on it, a pine cone, just so beautiful. Had to post a review. I got a wonderful arrangement recently for a sympathy gift, and one for a baby shower. I highly recommend this shop for any floral needs. I've used a lot of florists over the years, and this is my favorite place. This florist is specially creative, and if I say hey, this is what I am looking for, and this is how much I want to spend, she does it perfectly! Whenever I give these as a gift, everyone exclaims!”

“We have been coming to firehouse floral for over 20 years. Every special occasion and funeral services our go to is always firehouse. They do exceptional work and go above and beyond. Compared to other flower shops their flowers last way longer than the rest. Recently they did services for my grandpa who was a vet and we gave them our basic hopes for the arrangements and gave them our price point.
