Horrible service. The workers are just there to chitchat, and not help. I asked for a kids size, the employee helping me took the shoe to check for sizes. He immediately said they only have one size, and put the shoe back on the shelf. All while not giving any eye contact, then walked away before i could ask for another shoe. So i left to contain my inner Karen.

Placed an order for pickup at 11am and called to check on it at 5:40pm, only for the dude to straight up lie to me that they didn't carry or have the shoe in stock. When that lie didn't work, he tried telling me that I didn't even have a pickup order there at all and hung up on me.I immediately called back and someone else answered who was super helpful and nice, they found my order all packed up and ready to go within minutes!

Maybe It's o.k. if your one of those shoe collectors. But if your looking for some functional running shoes, your out of luck. I guess the days of getting good shoes to play sports with is over at foot locker. Now it's all about ugly, loudly colored shoes that some dudes will put on a shelf to show off to his friends & never wear.....?

The fitting room has been closed for 6 months! How has is it to put a light or lock on a door. Good selection garbage customer service.

This place is really good they have all shoes and when I was there I met an nba player and the customer service was amazing I was impressed 100% the best foot locker in the US

Had a line all the way out of the store. I've been buying the same models of shoes for 20 years. I went in and now the shoes cost 60% more than they did two years ago. I don't think a pair of old school Nikes should be 150 dollars.

They don’t pick up the phone at all I called last month toto ask about a a shoe and they don’t pick up the phone ! And I called today and and they didn’t pick up the phone either like!?

Jonny and one of the managers had terrible customer service. No way to try things on to see if it fits. Dressing rooms need to open up. Employees were not accommodating at all, and gave me no options. Completely blew me off when I asked. I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this rubbed me the wrong way.
