My regular doctor was on vacation so they scheduled me with Dr Whitbeck because I have a sinus infection and needed to be seen quickly. He was awful. His assistant kind of just flung a mask my way as we headed back without a word. Dr Whitbeck was super annoyed that I wasn't wearing a mask in my room alone when he walked in. He was wearing a mask. He asked me to stand up and face away from him while he listened to my heart and lungs. He spent all of 2 minutes with me told me he would send a prescription and walked out. Worse bedside manner I've ever seen.

My family has been going to Foothill since I was a little girl. My mom is now 81 and she went and saw a doctor there because she has been very ill with a cold. Her told her se did not have the symptoms of covid and didn't test her. we did a home test today because she is extremely ill and it came back positive. So did he treat her as she was nothing because she was old or was it because he was too busy and had no time to really care for my mom. This has happened on multiple occasions for me. I had a sleep test done and they never called me with my results. I actually had to ask from another doctor ad that doctor set me up with a Cpap. I don't get it. Do they just not care about their patients. I am also tired of seeing the word obese on my chart and I am sure others are also. we know we are over weight. The doctor I was seeing said he could only see me for 3 problems if I needed to be seen for more then I will need to make another appointment. I mean do we not go to the doctor for multiple things sometimes. Maybe they need more doctors. I mean I have seen doctors at another clinic somewhere else I complained there also because after I got the covid shots I started feeling breathless. I was always a very active person. I complained to the other doctor he said I needed to exercise more and eat differently and the medication I was on didn't help. Umm no How can I exercise more if I can't breathe. I was finally sent to a cardiologist, who inkfact complimented me on my heart and lungs and stuff but I can't breathe still. I had to go to the ER 3 weeks ago because I went across the street to my mom's and my lips turned blue because I was out of breath. When we got to the ER they had me on oxygen and in a wheel chair so fast. My point to all of this is if your doctors can't take the time to run a few tests maybe you need more doctors or more that have a better bedside manner and can actually treat patients. I am Obese because for over a year I have had to be sedimentary because I couldn't breathe and am now on oxygen 24/7. Please I am so mad about how you treated my mom. Get it fixed.

They seem to be VERY understaffed. About a month ago I went in to renew my prescription since my PCP moved out of state. The nurse asked me the dosage, I gave it to him but he wrote it down wrong and was in a rush. I told him it was the wrong mg and he said he would fix it.They sent it into the pharmacy at a dosage less than half of what it's supposed to be. It's been weeks and I can't get anyone on the phone to fix it.The doctor was great but the support staff seems over worked and under staffed.

It is impossible get anyone on the phone to get test results, medication status, requests or to get answers about preauthorizations, which would be fine if they actually returned voicemails, calls, emails, or even chat on MY CHART. I signed up for MYCHART hoping I would see better communication. NOPE! I have been calling twice daily for 3 weeks JUST to get mammo results. Nothing. I have either been hung up on 50% of the time while on hold or sent to voicemail. I have had LITERALLY had to start over medication cycles due to lack of communication. I wish I had anything positive to say but I cannot think of one thing. I also had a PA do my annual PAP and she said my IUD was fine, even though it wasn't. In fact it is gone!!!!! Contacting a lawyer but wanted to warn anyone and everyone from this place. The consistently low rating says everything.

I just had to reschedule an appointment, the receptionist who took my phone call was beyond rude.My name is Tasha Durfee in the system, our phone call was at about 10:25 am.Because of the rude interaction, I don't feel welcome and thinking about canceling my appointment. Customer service is important.I've been struggling getting ahold of anyone to cancel my appointment.

Upon initially observing the clinic's rating, I was perplexed. My interactions with the staff had been pleasant, and I experienced no issues during my initial check-up with a PA-C. However, when I requested to see a female doctor for my pap smear and mentioned concerns about chest pain, a different PA-C attended to me. Following the examination, she informed me that I should get a call from a third-party imaging center to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. One week passed without any communication, and during the second week, I decided to contact Foothill Clinic to inquire about the imaging center appointment. To my surprise, they had not made the request for my ultrasound. The person on the phone was able to assist me in rectifying this oversight. Yet, another week elapsed without any word from the imaging center.I contacted Foothill Clinic once more, enduring frustrating wait times on the phone. Finally, I spoke to someone who assured me that the request had been made to the imaging center, but they were unsure why there had been no follow-up. They even suggested that I should contact the imaging center myself to arrange an appointment, which seemed unreasonable as I believed it should be the responsibility of my doctor.Upon calling the imaging center, I learned that they do not perform kind of ultrasound I needed and they had already rejected Foothill Clinic's request. This entire ordeal cost me three weeks of my time and numerous frustrating phone calls, revealing a lack of competence, dedication, and responsibility on their part. I now fully comprehend the negative reviews, and I cannot recommend this place. I will not be returning.

Horrible patient care! I tried getting a refill on a prescription. The office was contacted FOUR times without follow through. Ultimately, I left a message asking for help from the clinic manager and still never received a response. This office is so poorly managed, it is medically negligent.

I’ve been going to this clinic for over 15 years. Longe and Raiming are incredible. The others I’ve seen are hit and miss. Here’s the thing, most healthcare is overworked and chaotic. I appreciate this clinic because I can always get a same day appointment.

The nurses who checked us in are very sweet and cool. However everyone else I've seen once I get past the front desk has been very unprofessional. I have 3 children and I had to relocate them to a different doctor due to change of insurance. My newborn daughter had kidney issues in the womb and I had to get her an ultrasound sound after being born. The tech who was checking her kept saying "sorry what's her name again?" she asked me at least 5 times.....Next, her male doctor was so rude! My husband and I don't vaccinate our children until they are a year old and when I told him this he just stared at me like I was a moron. He then told me to find a new doctor because of it. I have never been so mistreated and hesitant to let medical professionals check on my kids. This place really takes advantage of low income I would never recommend!!

Don’t come here. Ever. I came here for over 15 yrs because I’m poor and have poor insurance. Foothill is the bottom of the barrel for healthcare. Terrible turn around with staff, which makes a lot of sense because it’s such a miserable bureaucratic hell hole. Worst customer service you will ever experience. The rudest phone operators you will ever encounter. No one here cares and they hate their jobs. They will not offer any suggestions or help when you desperately need it. My PA quit and I congratulate her. Today they didn’t have a record of my appt. so after I showed them the two confirmation texts I had, and waited 20 min, they agreed to work me in, until they noticed one word change on my Select Health card and gleefully told me they didn’t accept my insurance. No suggestions, no help. I would have paid for this appt I was so desperate but they literally could care less if their patients live or die. This could have been easily avoided if someone asked about my insurance when I booked. But I’m lucky they no longer take my insurance. Good riddance!!

Most unprofessional service I have ever received. The doctor was rude and very short. He even asked me who my primary physician was then said would I prefer to see him instead.

Dr Whitbeck definitely shows his compassion when you reach out for help with dealing with minor/major addictions. A sticky note with 2 generic names and no dial direct number given by one of his aids

I am completely at a loss. I may be threatening my future care here, but I feel it is worth it considering the horrendous treatment I have continued to receive at this clinic. For starters, every time I call in the woman I talk to is incredibly rude. All the staff that seem to pick up phone calls have a horrible attitude. They act like it is the biggest inconvenient that we would ever call in. One of the first male doctors (let’s call him Dr. W) I have received care from was so incredibly rude I walked out of the clinic with tears at least three different visits. Not only did he not believe any of my issues, but I heard him gossiping about me with a nurse in the hall way. I have never had a doctor be more disrespectful in my life. Not to mention breaking HIPA violations if another patient were to walk by. I am tempted to out Dr. W, because I think he is not only the rudest doctor I have ever met, but the least caring person in general, and I fear will not keep my medical information confidential. The only reason I am forced to continue to go to this clinic is because this is the only place that will take my insurance. Other Doctors may be great. But I recommend skipping on Dr. W.

A very good experience as a new patient at this clinic. Non-urgent evening hours can be hard to find and this clinic also has imaging and other diagnostics on site which is incredibly convenient. Wait time was short. I saw Cole Mitchell, PA. I felt listened to and left with a plan of care that made sense to me. Front desk staff and X-ray technician were also very nice and professional. Would recommend.

I had Dr Ross Brunetti for many years. I told him for over a year my legs were weak & numb. He never listened. He sent me finally to another doctor that told me I had neuropathy. But when I went to see this doctor my appointment was at 8am & they told me I would have to wait till noon, I got mad & left. Burnette said I go back or he is not my doctor, well days later I got a certified letter telling me I was banned from FFC & I was not to go to any of them. I really believe Dr Burnetti needs to retire, he still thinks his in the Army. He cured everything with another prescription. I found a much better doctor that took all those pills away & I feel so much better. Do yourself a favor don't waste your time or money at FFC.
