Great location, staff is always attentive and the store is in order. I went in over Christmas weekend and was able to find some great gifts. Some of staff seemed newer but managers working were able to assist and get me all my discounts.

The manager with the slicked back gray hair is an awful human being. I frequently shop at this store and most of the staff is friendly particularly when he is not there. On the days I notice him there, you can see how the staff is much gloomier. During the last three visits, I heard him screaming at staff. Not raising his voice, full blown screaming. One was at a young girl after she didn’t ask me for a card. I’m a frequent shopper and she knows I have no interest in one. The other two were at other associates toward the back of the store. Banana Republic at this mall is not much better but at least they don’t have a manager who thinks he is the greatest gift on Earth. This is supposed to be a high end mall with quality service.I prefer the one at Fashion Place instead of this one.

What a wonderful experience I had while shopping for gifts. Staff was attentive but not over bearing, the store manager went out of his way to track down an item from another store. Everybody was eager and cheerful despite it being a busy time in the store.

Went into this store with my son in his stroller. They followed me around the store and it was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had. I will not be going back. I live and work right next to the place, so this is unfortunate. Lost many customers today by these actions.

I will never walk into this location again. The Ogden location is far more classy and they’re is nothing classy about the Ogden location So that should tell you something about how rude and tactless the manager of the store is. Not sure he’s the general manager but he was in charge of the visit yesterday and you can go to hell with that

This GAP is absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly, the selection and prices of items are really good and I LOVE this Mall! The management staff is very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend everyone come to this GAP. Especially now with the great Sales they have going on!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received in a retail location. My mother sent my kids some winter items and got all the wrong sizes. It was about 6 packages that didn't come with any receipts. All I wanted to do was exchange them for sizes that were right. Not a refund. Cashier number 3268323 , didn't get her name and another boy who seemed to be in a supervisory position asked for a drivers license. No problem. Gave them my drivers licence, after which they kept insisting that I have made too many returns at their sister brands and my drivers license wasn't getting accepted. And that since they tried twice already there is no way they were going to do it again. I assured them I don't shop any of the other sister brands. They told me there was nothing they can do without the original receipt. Okay, well it didn't come in the box... what am I supposed to do? So I call my mother, she's of course embarrassed and upset and I get the receipt and it's still a hard time for these two apparently and they're asking me for the banana republic card that was used. Guys... is this a joke? How many times do I need to repeat that I am not the same individual who purchased these items. Why am I being treated like I'm a security risk or as if I had stolen these items at the gap? This isn't a high end boutique, this isn't rocket science. I'm just trying to get the right sizes for my kids. Meanwhile they keep printing this slip of paper with a phone number I need to call sand shoving it at me. They gave me two. Meanline a line is forming behind me and these two are doing all they can just to get me to leave, shoving my returns back at me and repeating that there's nothing they can do. This is when I got really upset. I live upstairs in the apartments at the mall, I could be your loyal customer with 2 kids who are constantly outgrowing sizes. This is not the customer service I am used to with gap. These two were not looking to help me find a solution to a problem I'm sure many many other parents are experiencing this season. I will not be back again. Looks like it will be online shopping for me despite the fact that I live 40 feet away. Very disappointing. It would benefit this store to train their team to be customer focused and solution oriented and not automatically assume we are doing something wrong.
