I’ve spent a lot of money over the years at this Home Depot. Including purchasing a washer, dryer, and stove in the past, and recently paid a lot of money to have doors installed. All of that happened fine. But then I purchases a dishwasher and have regretted it since. The first installer was fantastically rude and wouldn’t attempt to remove the existing dishwasher and left without providing any explanation. He was very unprofessional. Today the new installer that was sent informed me Home Depot won’t uninstall the existing one because of a lip in the floor in front of it (less than 1/4”), which I find bizarre and that I was to remove the old dishwasher myself, despite the $179 fee I was paying for them to do that. And come to find out, the jerk they sent the day before damaged the new one.
No one on the customer service line wanted to help resolve this. I went to the store and the manager there was nice and tried to help but it was going to be another week wait for a new dishwasher and as far as I understood I’d still have to rip the existing one out myself.
I was planning on purchasing a new refrigerator and gas grill later this month. RC Willey or Lowe’s will get my business instead.
I am very disappointed with Home Depot and feel bad about being so jerked around by them.

My wife was shopping there , and some pipes that she wasn’t even touching from the other side of the Aisle came down and end up hiring here.
She end up going to the hospital with a lot of back pain.
Home depot is refusing to help her with the bills … they wash their hands. Their insurance said that because their are not liable for her accident. Disgusting!

This location is very close and convenient to me but I refuse to shop here again. The store is old but fairly organized and good variety of items, I went in looking for paint samples and a few other items. I went up to the paint counter where Danny or Leonardo Cortes (both names on his apron) was on his cell phone(an issue the whole store seems to have) I asked a few questions/recommendations, he seemed put out and was unprofessional, rude, and had an attitude. In mid conversation he busted out his cell phone to text. I watched him most of the time while waiting for my paint to be done, and he just couldn't leave his phone alone. Once the samples were done he handed them to me with wet paint on the lid, very upsetting. The cashier Rayyan was rude and put out too, must be a theme for this store, not 2 words were said to me and again with the cell phones, she stopped in the middle of ringing me up to text. Its mind blowing the lack of customer focus at this store. I WILL NOT be going back.

I just wanted to buy a dishwasher. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to Customer Service letting them know we've been waiting 30 minutes for someone and I just wanted to buy a dishwasher. They told me they didn't have any one in Appliances today and there was nothing they can do. Wow!

NO masks required & Social Distance in name only. Sure, 6' marks outside a single entrance line, but NOTHING about masks. Very few masks on most employees (including not the "entrance controller"!). Customers milling about inside w/ little concern for Distancing and MANY w/ no masks. Might as well have a big sign saying Go Away, "Gray Hairs!"

Typical Home Depot. They are pretty organized. I wouldn't rely on the staff for information on a project - you've got a 50/50 chance of getting someone who know more than where they items are. Also. Don't use them for install services for anything you buy. What a joke. Currently fighting with them over a shotty kitchen instal and can't get ahold of anyone with any kind of say so.

I haven't been lucky enough to shop for huge ticket items like huge amounts of lumber, big power tool purchases, or washing machine and dryer sets here - but I do frequent the plant section of this store. It's a bit lacking in houseplants, the nearest Lowe's, and even Walmart have a better selection than this store does. They do, however, have a good selection of standard potting soil and generic orchid bark, as well as some nice pots. Good enough in a pinch, but not my favorite garden section - we shall see what the summer brings! Friendly customer service, I've always had a good experience with the employees.

Typical Home Depot with everything you would expect to find here. My husband and I bought a house this year so have been visiting this store many times to get supplies for our projects. The paint department is always busy so you should stop by first before you do any other shopping and your paint will be ready by the time you want to leave. If you can avoid it, don't go on the weekends because it's a zoo. If you go on a weeknight, there is essential nobody there and a way easier shopping experience.

Big, big store of almost everything you need for home repair or remodel. It can be overwhelming, if like me, you have no clue about home repairs/home remodeling and or home building. It's hard to find someone to help, but when you do they seem to be knowledgeable. Many outdoor items a good selection of plants/flowers/trees/vegetables and fruit trees

I ordered a Suncast Vista shed along with installation for an extra $250. The box was delivered 7/31. Installation was advertised 2-4 days after delivery, with a call the day prior to arrange. The call never came, so I called them. They referred me to the contract company, who stated they had no order for me. So I call Home Depot back, and it turns out the order has gotten "stuck in the system" whatever that means. Installation is then scheduled for 3 WEEKS after delivery. In the meantime, the box sits in my backyard and kills and large rectangular patch of grass that will take forever to repair and grow back. The day of the appointment finally comes and, surprise, they have to cancel for personal reasons. It is rescheduled for ANOTHER week later. The technician finally comes on 8/30. I find out a few hours later that he's leaving because some of the hardware is too hot and the screws are stripping. He says he'll come back early in the morning to finish next week. Another 6 days go by and he doesn't show and no one calls. So I call again. Now I find out my installation has been CANCELLED. They are sending a team to pick up the shed, but it's MY RESPONSIBILITY to disassemble it and package it! The lady says I can just put it back in the box it was shipped in. Oh you mean the one that sat in my backyard in the elements for a month and that your tech then destroyed when he showed up to partially assemble the shed and then leave?! I told her I didn't cancel the order and I don't want it canceled. I simply want them to finish the job I payed them for. I'm informed they will not do so. It's canceled and that's that. She insists I canceled it. I DID NOT. So in the end I payed Home Depot close to $1000 for a dead patch of grass, and useless, flimsy, partially assembled, unusable structure, and a punch of trash I have to take to the dump. What a pathetic, callous, embarrassment of a business. I hope someone there has the ability to feel shame.
