I've used another glass company who's business was sold. So I shopped around out of curiosity and chose Glasshopper. Absolutely NO REGRETS and the tech even laughed at my jokes.

Very friendly staff. Called before heading over within the scheduled time frame. Replaced the moldings that break when removed(unlike prior company who just siliconed them on). Very pleased. 3 time using them and happy as usual with the service we received.

My windshield was cracked pretty good. Darn rock chips. Called Glasshopper and they took excellent care of me. My windshield requires OEM and calibration. They helped me work through the insurance process, the approval needed to get the replacement, order the special windshield, replaced it and calibrate it. It's mobile top notch service right here. Thank you so much. I can see now. My windshield is beautiful. It's like getting a new pair of luxury glasses.

On time, very professional, and fast! They had both sides replaced in about an hour, including repairs to my 11 year old mangled up seal!I'm DEFINITELY a returning customer, and I HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE!

Great service. Very professional. I was more concerned about getting new windshield in quickly. They came next day at noon. Replaced glass and recalibrated the cameras. They ended $250 dollars cheaper than Safelite and four others.

Amazing customer service! The ladies in the office were kind, quick, and helpful. Ryker and KaCey came out to my place and replaced the windshield in just under an hour and KaCey was super helpful in advising and assisting on how to replace my rearview mirror mount that had previously been broken and glued on by another shop. I couldn't recommend this group enough! Thank you so much to everyone on the team for going out of your way to make sure that I was taken care of!!

The glass installer they sent out to me this morning was very upset because his worker didn't show up for work today so everyone needs to know that he's in a bitchy mood. Well I pay them to come out to my house smile and be nice. And this is a picture of the work after he completed it it was only the size of a quarter

I wouldn't go with them, all I ask was for a simple fix and they made it worst than it was and told me it wasn't their fault. I wasn't satisfied with the work they did and asked for a refund but they denied me saying it's not their fault. Manager wasn't to professional on taking care of my concern.

When I called and spoke with Sheila, she was friendly and efficient in getting my claim approved. When Ryan came to my work and installed my windshield, he was real and down to earth. He went to work and bam done!
