usually love the bins but i went today with a bag of my personal clothes worth 1000$ and i asked if i could keep it behind the counter so they could watch it till i found a cart, i come back 45 minutes later with a cart and my bag is gone. so i freak out and talk to management and they say they don't have it but they will look and that it most likely was thrown into the trash compactor? They search and nothing, i later asked a worker if he saw a bag behind the counter would he throw it into the trash compactor and he said if the bag was behind the counter he would leave it till its picked up and if not by the end of the day put it in the back, sorry i know this is a long story but I'm wondering what to do?

People sometimes have 3 or 4 carts or more!there’s never an available cart! Some people are left with the carts and kids while others just fill the cart without out even looking they go in groups! Fill your cart pay for your things take it to your cart and come back! It’s not a clean environment if possible leave your kids at home! That’s my main complaint other than that I have found great things.

The store is fine. The employees are great nobody’s rude everybody’s nice. It’s as clean as can be for the kind of place it is. The issue for me is the carts. Unless you stand by the front begging people to give you their carts when they’re done you’re screwed. There hasn’t been enough carts for months. The employees keep saying the more carts are coming we’ve ordered some. Where are the carts? Your retail stores have tons of carts why can’t you just take some from there and put them at the bins? There’s 15 carts in the whole place. I’ve even gotten there at 8 AM and waited so that I could be one of the first in. I still don’t get a cart because the first 5 people in the line hold them to give to their friends or the friends come right before opening and cut in line. So all of a sudden you’re number five in line then the people come and you’re like number 15 or 20. And those 15 carts are usually being kept by the same people all day. Since you get a better deal the more you buy, so why would you go on pay after every rotation? Can you please bring some carts from other stores or order new carts for this location?

This place is a competitive thrifters heaven! I found so many good clothes. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty packed, the staff kept it as clean as they could but be careful wear gloves and know that sneezing and coughing is normal due to the dust and other components. There were time when the clothes were wet and or had poop on them and sometimes you would get a big whiff of cat piss or even human:) I had a great time just know the good stuff will be gone faster then you can say the word “reseller”. If you can’t beat them join them but on your best running shoes and bring a big bag to hold your clothes in because you will not be getting a cart unless you come right at 9am.

The Pandemic has been over forever. It's time to allow local pickup of items purchased online. We can shop at the store in person, but we cannot buy something online and the drive and pick it up. It doesn't make any sense.

I have tried to give this place a chance two times now and that second time happened to be today. And both times I have been, has been speechless on how the customers act (like vultures fighting for road kill) pretty pathetic. Place is disgusting! I could never bring myself to even grab something to buy as I am to afraid of what might come home with me (lice, random diseases, bedbugs, roaches,) you name it, it is probably floating around in their. This atmosphere gives Goodwill the wrong impression from their "main stores". So if you are looking to be mauled by vultures and crazy people then this is right up your alley or take home so unknown not so friendly guest. Better have some disinfectant spray on hand to spray yourself down before you get your car as well.

Today I was looking through a bin and I discovered a lot of roaches in the pile of clothes, even grabbed one by accident. Thankfully I had gloves on, but I immediately left after that and was absolutely disgusted. I have been a regular customer for 2-3 years, but I will probably never go back now.

First off, I am a regular customer of the bins. But today was probably the most humiliating day of my life.I wake up at 5am sharp to get ready for my daily bins session. I end up getting there, and walk in to smell the fresh sent of the bins, Its one of a kind. The dopamine starts rushing, not knowing what treasures are lurking for me to uncover.but it all goes south from here. I immediately get pursued by a homeless man asking me for my hard earned legal tender. My brain starts to redirect to Fight or Flight mode, and i chose to run away. I leap into a bin, covering myself with clothes to hide. But I notice a faint smell next to me, I turn on my flashlight to see XXL fecal matter stained underwear an inch away from my face.I scream, giving my location away to the homeless man who is still lurking the great beyonds. I have 2 options, i can stay in the bin with the XXL fecal matter stained underwear, or i can leave my location to face the homeless man. I chose the second option.I leap out of the bin, underwear in hand. I approach the homelessman. I use my first attack and hurdle the underwear at him... I missed. Its okay though, because i made sure to pack a 300 degree honeybun before i left the house this morning. I proceed to grab the honeybun. But its to late... The homeless man already has his own weapon, a brick.I look up to see a 20 - 35 pound brick coming directly for me, I was not able to dodge the attack and the brick took out my left arm. It seems hopeless now, my left arm is my good throwing arm. But out of no wear an employee ( Who has sideways braids) Took the 300 degree honeybun out of my back pocket and launched the honeybun directly at the homeless man, taking him out. The employee is not a foe, but a friend. He helps me up and carry's me to the bathroom to fix my arm. apparently the employee went to collage for a doctors degree and had all the tools on standby to bandage my arm.He sets me off free into the unknowns of the "bins", and tells me where all the Carheartt and Levi clothing is. I live to see another day because of this employee and am eternally thankful. If the employee who saved me is reading this... Thank you.

One of the workers with an orange vest lies about things and is very rude. He bullies me every time I come to the goodwill store. It’s Jose the one with the slick back hair.

10/21/23 One of the workers, (young man wearing the orange vest with the sideways braids) is giving information to his reseller friends. I heard him say, "There's some in the corner of the second bin behind me, the rest are across from it"Wouldn't you know, they went directly to those bins and pulled out carrhart coveralls, vests, and various quality apparel items.Quit being shady!

Well where to start...This goodwill bins is really inconsistent, the bins are not sorted like other states, clothes in main bins mixed with blankets, toys all over the place, hand bags as well and shoes. They give books to much room, they need to lessen the book bins and make room for more home goods.People here digging are not very nice either, they will come right next to you and grab anything you're going through and act like you're the problem. There's never any carts available, people bring their kids to camp with the carts. So bring a big bag and some elbow pads.. joking. Kind of.As for clothing I've found a lot of good vintage pieces but when I do someone hounds me if I'm going to keep it or put it back it's really frustrating. And things have been taken out of my bag while I was digging, I've found that if I take a break and buy a few times I end up not missing anything when I go home.Do not leave anything in the back of your truck my tool box went missing.
