I love this location and staff, the manager Kayra is truly amazing! I have a son with Autism and from day Kayra treated my son like a rock star, she has always been so patient and compassionate with my son. I’ve been taking my son here for over 10 years and I will never go anywhere else. Her staff has always shown my son the same compassion and patience every time we go in. I love and appreciate them so much and so does my son Austin. Btw, their haircuts are always perfect. Thank you, Terrie

Of all the places I’ve been to get my haircut this is my favorite. And I ask for Kayra. And since she has a hand in managing this team I’m sure they’re all good! And I’ve gotten some good deals on a hair products here. Who knew they had blue tinted moose to help with the brassiness of blonde hair?!! Kayra did! Highly recommend.

Poor layering. Not straight. Noone knew how to fix it. I wasn't happy but paid $30. We went the next day to Supercuts and they did a good job and fixed it.. just don't go here if you have need of layering for long hair. They are clueless.

Stylist: Kayra has been cutting both my hair and my husband’s since she started at Great Clips on 7E and 2100S. We have been delighted with her work each time we come and love her care for us, her kindness and her compassion for everyone around her.

This was a terrible experience. I came to this location because two people I knew had a fantastic results for men’s haircuts, both short to super short and hip length hair to medium. I had hair to the middle of my back, and I have a picture here showing it long and kind of curly in the salon before the cut. I asked for a very long bob style, longer than even the example. I showed the younger female stylist on my hair and body where I wanted the longest piece to hit and the shortest. I asked for the more fluffy layers in the back. I asked if she could do that. She said yes. I ended up with the longest not to the middle of my chest, but like 1.5 inches below my chin on one side and maybe an inch longer on the other. No layers. Not the A line cut, just even all around like a medieval page boy. $30 in the trash along with my hair which I have to wait for it to grow out to accomplish anything else with. Don’t come here. Don’t waste your time and money. I’m so upset, both stylists in the salon were practically gaslighting me about how cute it was and that she did a perfect job.

Very mixed bag. You can get people who nail your haircut but more frequently in recent visits I get a cut where the way they style it looks okay at the time but when I get home, there are noticeable symmetry issues I have to spend time fixing with my own clippers. Keep in mind I am asking for a standard haircut, not something that is asymmetrical in nature. I am planning to start looking for someplace more consistent. At least everyone was pleasant and my kid's hair looks great.

I visited this site 2 times. The first time was fantastic. The girl who helped me that time was really nice and caring and did my hair really beautiful. But today when I went back she was not here but another woman. She doesn’t have that much patience, gave me a poker face the whole session and ruined my hair completely and now my head looks like a wedge. So frustrated.
