I’m very disappointed with how my boyfriend and I were treated during our visit here by Heather. We came in together to get haircuts — I went first, and we expected my boyfriend to go next. However, after I finished, a man who came in after us was taken before my boyfriend. When we asked about it, Heather claimed he checked in earlier, even though we physically arrived before him. We felt disrespected and overlooked, and it was hard not to feel like this happened because we are young and people of color. Whether intentional or not, it felt like discriminatory treatment and was extremely unprofessional.

Got the worst haircut of my life at this place. An older lady assisted me and at first I was happy about it because I thought that she would have more experience than younger hairstylist, but I was completely wrong. She cut my hair completely unevenly and didn’t do anything that I asked for. At the end, she didn’t even seem to care that she messed up my hair. Now I can’t even go to another salon for them to fix it because it’s way too short. And while cutting my hair, she kept asking me if it was even like I was the hairstylist.

Diana was great. I showed her a few pictures and she was able to combine them to a cut that works for my face shape. Awesome job. the atmosphere in the salon was great and pleasant. the wait wasn't long as they were moving people off the list in a timely fashion.

I really like great clips except you never know who your gonna get today Diana faded my hair while sitting in a chair and did it in two minutes and than blew hair all over the back of my shirt I didn’t like it but what do I do I still tipped her just not as much as normally SMH

I have had a very positive experience every time I have come to this location. I would like to give a special shout out to the stylist I had today, Yahzayah. He was very friendly, actively listened to how I wear my hair, and really took his time to give me a trim and layers that would fit best with my fine hair type. He took the time to educate me on what I could do to help improve the health and look of my hair. It felt like he genuinely wanted to educate me. I didn't feel at all like he was just trying to sell me products. Thanks Yahzayah - people like you are hard to come by.
