Spirits of the Wasatch is a local small batch distillery nestled in the heart of Salt Lake City. The distillery welcomes visitors to experience a free tour on the hour and offers tastings for $5/person. Reservations are recommended but not required. The tour is an awesome experience that shows the history and process of distilling and the commitment to sourcing high-quality local ingredients. The team creates unique flavors and superior spirits that embody the essence of the region. Guests can try a smoothest silver gin, great gin, vodka, bourbon, spicy habanero vodka, coffee liqueur, and pancake syrup. The products are transparent about what goes into every bottle and where it comes from. The end product is excellent, interesting and worth a visit for someone looking for quality local spirits.

I have done of lot of tasting and tours over the years but this was the best. We met the owner very personable and Knowledgeable. The spirits were well crafted and flavorful.

We had a wonderful time on our tour! They explained how their products are distilled and the blends they use. They also showed their collection of barrels that are currently aging. The tasting was great too, lead us to buying a bottle of Mountain Summit Amburana Finished Whiskey.

Very nice micro distillery. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tasting with Josh. Was just my wife and I and I suspect most tours and tasting are very intimate, likely just you and your guest(s). Very nice products particularly their whiskeys and gins. A nice way to spend 60-90 minutes.
