I just have a suggestion to the Bakery Department: Why don't you put some of your great breads (such as sourdough loaves and soup bowls) in bags/wrappers out on the floor where they can be easily and quickly accessed? Several times I've wanted to get some of these breadswhen I'm in the store, but so often there is a huge number of people already in line ahead of me, and I just don't have the time to wait that long, so I end up leaving before I can get waited on. Is there any possibility of this easier access way to the breads ever happening?? It sure would be nice!

My son had an ear infection and we went to get his antibiotics 20 minutes before they closed, but the refused to help us. Went to Walgreens up the road who had the same closing time and they got us taken care of.

Great customer service! Harmons at Brickyard Plaza has an exceptional employee- Christy at the salad bar deli was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Everything is very expensive as compared to the neighborhood Smiths just up the road in Sunset. But Harmon's has a much better product selection. One issue of note, the olive bar and salad bar areas are not ready until 11:00 which is too late for my preference.

Honestly the store is okay usually but the pharmacy and pharmacist are so rude and unkind. I have been there several times and they do not care about the patients or our physical or mental health at all. They are not knowledgeable about the medication or why people even need medication and if I could switch I would. I definitely don't go in the store and shop anymore because I don't want to support it. I feel like crap having to get my meds at a place where I am treated as sub human just because I need to take them. Do not support businesses that pretend to be kind but let others treat people with mental illness like utter trash please.

11:30 am - Ignored by EM at Bakery counter today - acting like behind counter business is more important than live customer at counter, No acknowledgement. Young people need training in courtesy. Came back & new older employee was especially courteous.

Visiting Salt Lake City for business and I wanted to go to a grocery store for some food and water for my hotel room. The locals gave Harmons the thumbs up. So off to Harmons I went after a long day. The store was clean and service nice. I got a fresh salad and some bomb tail (cause I can't say the other word here) spicy wings. I also got water and a good kombucha drink. The price wasn't bad. The store reminded me of Whole Foods but bigger and without the high prices for some simple groceries. I left and saw they have a gas station. I needed to fill up my rental with gas so over to the Harmons gas station I went. I had trouble getting my gas tank door to open and a very nice and helpful attendant named Chad helped me. I wanted to give a big hello and thank you Chad at Harmons gas station because he went over and above to help me. And when I thought I'd need to call road side assistance Chad helped me put my car in a space. I recommend Harmons and the gas station. Oh being a Harmons Foodie member pays off at the gas pump.

I just got kicked out and banned from this Harmons... and it was a complete miss understanding but the "karen" security lady followed me after I grab a couple of individual caramels and walked to the back to get my deli meats. When out of nowhere I turn around and she's snapping photos of me with her camera right in my face and accusing me of eating the caramels (very unprofessional, especially to jump to such big conclusions without any proper steps. I was so shocked and remained passive with her since she came on so aggressively and then proceeded to scold me as I calmly left so she wouldn't have a FREAK-OUT since she would be found to be in the wrong. Worst of all I used to work here! this one has really gone downhill in terms of customer care and most of the local workers that worked there for years have now left due to neglectful management. It's sad to see what they are doing to a grocery store that USED to have good roots. Hopefully, they can work on their management. I did get some free caramels though since she cared more to scold me than to let me show her the 'NOT-EATEN CARAMELS'.

Following a bracing 30 minute walk in freezing temperatures,the aroma of hot coffee and baked pastries was completely irresistible! my young charges of course opted for gelato, and after a teaser taste proffered their aunt, I understood their enthusiasm for the creamy, mildly sweetened, completely addictive confection, but remained resolute for hot coffee and juicy fruit tartlet.Exceptionally smiley service and generous kiddie portions of gelato were well received by the kiddos as was the freshly roasted coffee. The seating was cozy, and provided welcome respite whilst fuelling up for the trek to home base. Couldn't resist a run around the isles. Very impressed. The market is much like the city of Salt Lake, well planned, exceedingly clean with helpful folk pointing out location of items to a newcomer. Will be back daily during this trip. The chewy brioche tasting challah rolls alone make this a worthwhile trip!

I've been to quite a few Harmon's in my day, this one was one of the cleanest! They're all pretty clean but this one had literally 3 cleaners working at the same time. I didn't have any questions or need to know where anything was. I can guarantee though if I did, 1 of the atleast 20 employees I saw could've answered it. Gave it 4/5 because they were completely bone dry of a few things I needed. (Which I haven't ever seen in a Harmon's before) Would recommend
