I rarely do reviews. This place is actual hell on earth. The employees are rude, managers even worse. The place is always crowded with loud music and a high pitched ring by the cashiers. Controlling the crowd isn’t their job, but the added music and lack caring to get the dining fixed, makes for an unpleasant shopping experience. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. No really, I gave my pile to the dressing room attendant and left. It’s unfortunate bc I had 5 articles of clothing I would have bought without having to try on but the thought of waiting in a long line with blaring music and a high pitched ring made me sick. H&M, you just lost a customer.

jason the store manager was severly rude to me, he raised his voice when i was trying to make a simple return for $32, whatever you do stay away from this guy and dont shop here

I was shopping with my mom earlier in the morning and saw a sweater we wanted in a different size so we made the line and they told us they didn’t have any more of the size we were looking for so we left to check a different store and later that day we decided to go back and get the sweater earlier a nice gentleman put the sweater in a locker when we returned. We made the line and asked a lady with red hair she was a Latina Half of her hair was up I asked nicely if she could check the lockers to see if the sweater was still there. She rolled her eyes and give us The worst customer service I know we all go through long days at work and we all stress out but to treat someone with attitude for one simple question on top of that she rolled her eyes because I told her the size of the sweater. And she responded with saying we don’t have it when she didn’t even look for it hopefully H&M. Can hire people that don’t have attitude and pour their stress on customers.

Really super disappointed, I came to return some clothes that didn't fit and the manager told me that to change my clothes I had to choose something right now because otherwise they wouldn't change them, it seemed super absurd and discriminatory to me.

I had a return and it was almost closing time. Ninibeth helped me at the register and she was extremely polite and nice! I’m sure it was a long day, being the week before Christmas, but she handled a not easy return with professionalism and a smile. Thank you for having great employees like Ninibeth!

This location has to have the worst Manager with the worst costomer service experience!!! Unknowingly, I got to the store 1/2 an hour before they opened the store. Some employees were waiting to go in to work. They informed me that they were not open yet. I asked them to ask the manager that all I needed was the security tag removed from my sweater that they forgot to remove. I wasn't even going to go in the store. I just wanted to the tag removed. The employee came back out to informed me that I had to come back at noon when the store opens, per the manager. I was like, this is so ridiculous, I only want the tag removed, I have the receipt. She apologised. But it is not enough. This is very bad customer service! I was not asking to let me in to store. I wasn't even asking to go in! I was asking for the tag to be removed. An inconvinience to me because now I have to come back a third time!!!! Such horrible customer service!!!
