“Went to Easter brunch here for the first time!! Really a deliciously magical experience. The service was top notch! The food was beautifully displayed and delicious! Really enjoyed the smoked salmon and tuna tartare! The desserts were precious and there were chocolate bunnies everywhere. The cocktails were elegant and enjoyed the Aperol spritz was ????? I hope we can make this a tradition! Thank you!”

“Great location with clean, spacious rooms. We were able to check in early at the front desk and given extra water bottles upon arrival. Everything felt brand new with no spills on the carpets or stains on the walls anywhere in the hotel. The restaurant downstairs was great! Wonderful service, great drinks, a friendly bar tender, and good food.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice home. They were able to work with my allergy at breakfast and made accommodations for a replacement.Safety: The unused rooms are left open. This encouraged someone to take a late night tour onto the shared balcony and try to enter our room through the balcony door into our room. I'm glad we had our room fully locked up. The hotel is locked up at night, but one must also be aware of other guests.Food & drinks: I have an egg allergy. They were able and willing to replace my eggs at breakfast. They are very good at working around a dietary restriction.”

“Ok so far, only the bathrooms need to be renovated. The sink is not in the bathroom and there is only one lamp on the ceiling... you basically shower in the dark.”

“Stayed here a couple of times for work and leisure due to the proximity to areas in downtown Salt Lake. The rooms were clean and comfortable, location is walking distance many food places as well as close to trax which is just across the plaza.”

“Great place to stay downtown. Near downtown restaurants and attractions. Safe at night to walk. The downtown area is fairly clean. The hotel has a parking lot in front on the side and also in the back. Also has a twenty four hour pool/ jacuzzi. Has the normal seating area in the lobby with A? Is a pantry area to purchase snacks and items you may have left behind. And a small bar with wine and beer. And a great restaurant for breakfast and dinners. The dinners are very well done and made to order. The breakfast is not free which might be normal at other Hilton properties. The breakfast is fifteen dollars and is all you can eat which includes made to order pancakes and omelets. The service is fantastic, In the restaurant and in the hotel in general. The rooms are extremely clean and you do not have to ask for them to make up the room every morning. In room coffee pot with several coffees and tea plus mini refrigerator. I stayed a week and will be returning in several weeks and will stay here again.”

“I booked this very last minute for an academic conference and I had a fantastic stay! I was only there one night, but the service was great. Jessika checked me in and she was so nice. I didn’t catch the morning concierge or shuttle drivers name, but they were great! Their shuttle driver was so nice and drove me to the airport before the shuttle schedule started. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved that it had a little kitchenette and was dog friendly so I’ll remember this hotel for future visits.”

“I spent the Christmas weekend at this hotel. It's well-maintained, with friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are spacious and pristine, indicating a new and well-cared-for establishment. The secured parking garage adds an extra layer of comfort. I'd choose to stay here again”

“The bed in my room was particularly comfortable. My room was small but adequate with a decent size bathroom. I enjoy the style and the patina of the hotel. But keep in mind this is a very old building with all its charm and its defect. Keep that in mind as things may need a little bit of help here and there but overall it is excellently maintained. The lobby is very nice and comfortable to lounge or to work. The restaurant to take your breakfast is very reasonable and with the 15$ credit, you can actually get some real food. The new Lavazza coffee machine in the room is great. I would stay there again. It is very refreshing comparing to the cookie cutter rooms in regular hotels.”

“Very nice Hotel. Close to the airport, and only 45 minutes to Snowbird. Restaurant/Bar has outstanding food and drinks, and great service. Nice breakfast in the morning.”

“This is a big shoutout to the employee that flagged down my bandmates car to give them the kindle I had accidentally left in the lobby. You are the best, thank you!”

“The food served at the bar/ general dining area was expertly prepared and the service at the bar was excellent. Unfortunately, we did not stay at the hotel but we were greatly impressed by the food and fresh ingredients. The group of hotels is interesting as no development has followed. No restaurants ,fast food , Mini marts . Most unusual. The location to SLC and road system great to get to the mountains but more development is needed Thankfully we found delicious food at the Hilton. A real restaurant would be great instead of the open dining area/ bar.Food & drinks: Outstanding!!”

“Nice location, clean rooms. Staff leave a lot to be desired. Preema was the desk agent when we checked in. We told Preema we needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 am. Preema informed us that the hotel would call an Uber for us and the hotel would pay since the shuttle didn’t run that early. Preema then neglected to document anywhere that we actually needed an Uber. We arrived in the lobby at 4 am to a waiting Uber, only it was not waiting for us. After 20 minutes of back and forth with the morning desk person we finally got our ride to the airport. Luckily it was so close because by that time we had to hurry to get to our gate.Noteworthy details: None”

“I didn’t stay there. My nephew stayed there from Denver Co. We had an emergency situation where we could not locate him. Lia the front desk staff there was very understanding & helpful in our situation. Thanks to her and her going above & beyond to help was absolutely amazing. The hotel definitely gets praises for the training they give their staff. Thank you again Lia for the great service you give!! Forever in debt to you!”

“This hotel is small but conveniently located near the university/hospital. The parking lot is an awkward tirangle shape shared with a dentist office and a Verizon. Because it is set back from the road it is very quiet inside. I arrived early (around 1pm) and there were multiple rooms available so I could choose which floor I wanted to be on. The front desk did mess up and double-bill the room, but was able to fix it before check-out. The lobby was clean and bright. There is a coffee and tea station available all day. The rooms were spacious and clean, albeit outdated. The shower was very old and entirely plastic from the basin to the plastic wall to the plastic sliding door. There were outlets on every lamp and in logical places, like near the desk. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet, but had a variety of cold cereals, hot food, yogurts, fruit, waffle maker, so there is an option for everyone.”

“Me and my family went there and one of us forgot our ID but they still allowed us to stay there the first room we went to the card would not open the door so they got us another room and it was great it was great to spend time with family”

“Reserved a queen size bed. The bed was more a full/double size. Our hotel size pillows filled it from side to side with just 2 pillows across. Very non restful night sleep bumping into my partner all night if we moved more than 3 inches.”

“This "hotel" is very convenient, as it is on the upper campus of the University of Utah. Very convenient for parents of students matriculating here, or for family members of people having procedures at the University of Utah Medical Center. Our first room was on the first floor and it had an air conditioner that rattled all night long. The second night I requested a room with a quieter air conditioner, and they put us in a room on the second floor that was much quieter. There was plenty of parking, and as I said, very convenient if you need to be at the University. They included a breakfast, which was actually pretty decent. Many places that include breakfast neglect to include any protein, but the University Guest House had an egg omelet and either bacon or sausages, along with carbs like bagels, muffins, and waffles. They also had yogurt. Alas, there was no fruit, such as bananas or apples, so I had to take their little containers of fruit cocktail as a substitute. They had juice, Starbucks coffee (including decaf) and hot water with tea bags. All in all, a pretty good place for the price. Sadly, I was told that after the fall semester, the university is turning this into a dorm. On the other hand, this university is horribly short of on-campus housing, so a new dorm is probably a good thing.”

“Awesome stay at the Holiday Inn Express! Our flights were delayed so we had to stay in SLC for a night. The hotel was super easy to get a hold of and make a reservation.Upon arrival, checkin went really smoothly and we were given our room promptly at 3pm! The rooms were large, clean and quite which we loved! (You can't hear your neighbors even when they run the shower or flush the toilet!)Breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options; possibly one of the best continental breakfasts that I've seen.Would definitely recommend this hotel and we can't wait to come back!Rooms: The rooms were large, clean and quite which we loved! (You can't hear your neighbors even when they run the shower or flush the toilet!)The soap, shampoo and conditioner are all Dove brand and smell amazing!Beds are comfortable and gave us a great night's sleep.Safety: Felt very safe staying here!Food & drinks: Breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options; possibly one of the best continental breakfasts that I've seen.Great location to grab a drink or bite dt!”

“Got booked here on a Delta rebooking, it was nice and the staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle is kind of difficult to find at SLC airport but I waited around 2B pillar in the airport pickup area and eventually the shuttle came.Good experience overallNearby activities: Not much, its a highway hotel”

“Everything was great until they charged my card twice. Then it was shady business from there. Check your credit card statements folks! Ziza, the manager was very rude, unprofessional, a liar and gave me the run around to get a refund. I sent them a screen shot of my statement and that wasn't enough, they wanted my entire credit card statement...ummm, none of their business. I have better things to do than to call them multiple times and dispute the charges and write a review. I ended up calling my credit card and disputing the charges. So after many phone calls and conversations with this specific Best Western and a call to my credit card company, I finally have a refund thanks to my credit card company. Waste of my time. But I assume this specific BW does this often and it's worth it to them to double charge because most people don't check their statements. They are shady! Again, check your statements!”

“There’s not much I am not going to be able to say bad about this place! The rooms are very spacious with large new updated televisions. The beds here are very comfortable and all of the furniture is comfortable to sit in. To be honest, even looking I couldn’t find even one maintenance issue with my room. The water pressure was great. The showerhead was excellent! I love the location of this hotel just on the edge of town. It’s easy to get in and out of. More over the staff here is amazing! Seda at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful when I first arrived and throughout my stay. I had one small issue while I was here and I have never had something addressed so quickly. Thank you very much to the general manager and your staff for taking your jobs, facility, and guests seriously. I will be sure to stay here next time I’m in town! ?”

“I recently stayed at the Marriott University Park and was blown away by the exceptional morning breakfast experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Elias Diaz. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. However, what truly elevated the experience was Elias's warm and attentive service.Elias went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. He greeted us with a genuine smile each morning and took the time to make personal recommendations based on our preferences. His friendly demeanor and impeccable attention to detail truly made our mornings special.I cannot praise Elias enough for his dedication and exceptional service. His hospitality and professionalism added a special touch to our stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful breakfast experience complemented by excellent service. Thank you, Elias, for making our mornings memorable!PS- the property is in excellent condition and the front desk staff especially Huckleberry and Danny rock.”

“My husband and I love The Anniversary Inn! We have gone for the last 6 years for our anniversary and it’s always fun to get a new themed room. However, we’ve noticed over the past years that the “quality” has gone down just a bit. When we first went 6 years ago they always had 2 slices of cheesecake in the room, they no longer do that. (Which I can understand, maybe it got expensive?) but we always order the spinach and artichoke dip, it usually comes nice and warm with an array of crackers and some tortilla chips, but this time when we called and ordered this is what we got. It was also very cold while the bowl it was in was super hot (so it had been microwaved obviously). This time it just wasn’t worth the $8 for the dip AT ALL. (This should be a $2 dip haha) I think if the quality of the Inn just keeps going down like this we probably will no longer go here on our anniversaries.”

“I was in a bind late Saturday into Sunday 3/23/2024-3/24/2024 I couldn't get back into my Airbnb being my code to the door didn't work . I walked three blocks in the pouring rain to find a room and I walked into the Radisson in downtown Salt Lake City. The young lady Marie helped me out with great service and I showed her my info on my cell phone about the Airbnb. I woke up early that morning. I went to the front desk. Marie was still there and a young man standing with her was beside her whose name I did not catch . He lent me his cell phone charger to charge my phone which was very nice of him and I returned it within a half hour .I will definitely stay at the Radisson again and thank you all for your kind service ? Marie and the young man get five stars !!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
