“We had such a fabulous time at this location. I purchased a suite for my nieces and nephews Christmas gift and we came in January to cash it out. The staff let us say a little later the next day, thank you. The breakfast was fabulous, clean, with tons of choices for everyone. The pool was so much fun for all ages in our group. The waterslide was a hit especially at night, they loved going in the dark. The staff was very friendly. The room was spotless, huge, and we were able to give each set of kids their own room to watch and hang out with cousins their age. It was such a fun family night. “This hotel is FANTASTIC, rooms are awesome. My only complaint is, we needed 2 blankets due to having 2 beds, and the desk said House Keeping or whoever only allows 1 per room. Why would Corporate or whoever, make your employees say this stuff to paying customers, only to start discontent ? Even as we were leaving this morning for the day, the front desk was saying the same to another customer about something else. Why ? Your job is to please the customer is it not ? These rules are not fair for your employees to say nor the customer to hear. Also, as a Sr Citizen, I was scared to death to take a shower, tub was slippery and no grab bars. YIKES !”

“Buen lugar para alojarse, queda cerca al aeropuerto, aproximadamente a 15 minutos. La habitación es amplia, tiene una pequeña cocina con horno microondas ( lo que malo que no proporcionan utensilios de cocina) El baño también estuvo muy bien. El precio me pareció razonable. La atención también fue amable. Sí volvería a alojarme en este hotel.”
