brought phone to this man, he replaced it. noticed issues from the start, it was laggy and the proportions were off(you could only see half of your service bar and your battery) and a week later it completely stopped working and i brought it back and he disregarded the 90 day warranty. horrible service , but cute dog

Service was good at first (speedy). Replaced iPhone screen which just fell out after 90 days. Just before contacting the store the screen was bumped causing it to turn black. Called the store who couldn’t even find record of our service and then refused to offer any kind of assistance or discounted service. The screen would not have been damaged had the original repair been successful and screen not fallen out. Whatever adhesive was used failed. Not worth paying these guys for an after market screen repair. And that’s all they can do for Apple.

They have the best plans and costumer service!!They have from $20 dollar plans and unlock phones I would definitely recommend this place!!They also speak Spanish!!

Existing simple mobile customer, went in to see about a replacement phone. The girl wouldn't sell me a phone unless I was a new customer then only continued to explain the same info over and over again, and does not listen. Will never do business with company.

Phone screen broke, dropped off on a Monday, told me it would be fixed that Wednesday, part didn't arrive, not till Saturday and it was the wrong screen, they had my phone for ten days and it didn't get any discount for the inconvenience or wait, I will not go back,

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE'VE HAD IN YEARS. The manager did not listen to our question, sold us the wrong product, and when we realized this after paying and tried to clarify what we needed, he told us it was our fault for not communicating what we needed more clearly. Most products area also overpriced. An iphone usb charger was $15.

What a nightmare. The whole ordeal that my mom and went through is too long to really get into here, but I could never recommend anyone to do business with this store. First, they need to train their employees better on all phones, we incorrectly trusted that the employee knew what she was doing when she was messing with my iPhone's settings. We spent hours on a Saturday afternoon in the store, very patiently I might add, while they attempted to switch our phones service, and we still left with non-working phones. A lot of our problem was with the provider, but as the middle man, this store and the owner have been difficult. There are so many layers between the store and the actual phone service company, each party just hides behind the other and nobody takes responsibility for botched transactions. Sunday morning, 16 hours after my mom paid for a prepaid service, she got a text saying there were insufficient funds on her account. We used my neighbor's phone to call the provider's customer service, and paid again directly with the service provider because they said whatever happened in the store didn't work, and told us to go back to get a refund. The owner called and got approval to refund my transaction and SIM card, but wouldn't even look into why my mom's phone service was shutoff prematurely, and said he had already spent too much time helping us and wasn't going to do anything more. He said it's the provider's responsibility, they say it has to be taken care of in the store. He then has the gall to tell me that we made a mistake going back to Verizon rather than trying to work things out with him first. They were closed on Sunday, we'd already been without a phone for over 24 hours, and none of our efforts with the provider's technical service were beneficial, so yeah, we went back to a service provider that actually works. The provider company can't do anything and he won't do anything, so we are stuck having to pay for a service that we didn't get, even though there was a clear mishap between their systems.

Very dishonest business practices. The owner hides behind the the provider company and puts responsibility on them. He is unwilling to do what's necessary to give a refund for a service that I never got. Some problems were because of the provider company, and others because his employee wasn't trained well enough and didn't complete the transaction properly.
