Lisa Shumway was super meticulous and detail oriented. She went beyond the call of duty attempting to understand a discrepancy and because of her experience and awareness, was able to cut my tax bill in half. It was awesome! I highly recommend Infinity Tax Solutions. They are really goid at what they do.

I wish I had read the negative reviews first because we are not the first to have this same issue with these people We met with an Infinity tax preparer and gave her all of our W2s, 1099s, investment statements, everything. She told us she would be back in touch with us shortly to sign our returns. The tax deadline came and went. She would not return phone calls or emails. Completely ghosted us. No extension was filed. We are now faced with a fine and interest due and we've had to scramble to find another provider. AVOID!
On another note, I suspect the reviews for this biz are astroturfed. Lots of glowing reviews that sound fake and are responded to by the owner. They had time to respond to good reviews but couldn't call us back to let us know they wouldn't be filing our taxes?

This is the first year Teri has done our taxes for us, and we hope to continue having her help us moving forward. I was impressed that she answered each phone call promptly and got our rental property filed on the correct forms. I would highly recommend Teri with Infinity Tax Solutions.

I have been using Infinity Tax Solutions for several years. I recently got remarried so my wife and I made an appointment for tax consulting last fall ($100) and had the meeting in October. In late February both my wife and I attempted to make an appointment through calls and messages for a tax preparation meeting. We never received any response. When you have relied on a service for many years, pay for advice, follow that advice and then are ignored when it is time for the actual tax preparation that is the indicator that this is not a reliable, professional organization that can be counted on.

Lisa is a wealth of knowledge and is so helpful in answering questions that I have had about taxes. I have referred her to friends and she reaches out quickly to answer their questions and help. I highly recommend Infinity tax.

Here to echo all the other positive reviews: infinity tax solutions is fantastic! A few months ago I received the dreaded letter that my UT individual tax return had a math error and I now owed *a lot* more money. I was a part year resident in UT last year and no longer live there, the tax preparers where I now live wouldn't touch my "incorrect" UT return. I called Infinity on a whim and Teri not only agreed to review my situation, she outlined exactly how she could help correct it. Working with her through this stressful situation was very reassuring, she corrected my return and saved me time, stress, and money, even during their off season, and all for a very fair price. I can't recommend Teri and Infinity Tax Solutions more highly, especially for any part year residents who find themselves in a similar situation.

I never thought a tax return experience could be so unbearable. I wish I could give zero stars. It is now almost September and I still have yet to receive a return. I don't understand why I have to do THEIR job for them by constantly emailing and calling for updates just to wait two weeks for a PDF to be sent to me??? That is just the tip of the iceberg. I have worked so many years in customer service which makes me patient and forgiving but this has been unacceptable. How hard can it be to file a college students tax return? Go ANYWHERE else.

Send them all my documents, they said that they would file my taxes. Called several times no answer. Ended up using H@R block, it was done in 1 day.

My daughter and I went to Lisa at Infinity Tax this year for first time. Lisa was thorough and competent and gave good advice to my daughter and her fiancee as well. She also helped me navigate a sensitive situation related to my recent divorce--she has great diplomacy and sensitivity. I also appreciate that I can meet with her throughout the year at no extra charge! I found this business through many recommendations in a local citizens Facebook group. I believe I will be giving Lisa my business for many years to come.
