Hands down the best customer service I have dealt with in years. During December they did 12 days of Christmas. I was fortunate enough to be one of the people that met up with them. And when I did I was super excited to see that I had gotten a gift card. To my surprise I was trying to order an intake (now February). Upon further inspection, there was actually a expiration date on the coupon. I reached out to IE on their Facebook page and explained the situation. Without hesitation they looked into it and opened the option for me to use the coupon. They 100% didn't need to do that for me as it was my mess up. 5 out of 5 for their customer service. Phenomenal people!

Just received a stage 1 ECU and TCU tune for my 2016 Audi S3 and couldn't be happier! Car is so much better to drive and I'm already thinking of more parts from integrated engineering to take my car even further. IE has been great so far and shipping was lightning fast!

Phenomenal customer service amazing you just don't get customer service like this anymore anywhere you go we will get back to you within 24 hours help you with anything you need I sent them a data log and they told me how my car was running outstanding I wish they were closer to where I am Ontario Canada I would give it 10 Stars if I could but I can't look no further this is the place to be I guarantee you you will not regret it

Im updating my initial 1 star review, the company reached out and made the situation right, initially i was charged a “restocking” fee totaling 44$ to refund a tune that didn’t end up working well on my car. I suggest if you experience the same through customer service you ask for a higher up.Maybe my car was a fluke or one off issue that could have been solved through their technical team, the tune ran lean with high timing on my car, but at the end of the day, it was an issue my apr tune didn’t exhibit ( i didn’t know my car was already tuned until i flashed with ie and the car got slower), and i didn’t feel like keeping And trying to fix an expensive tune when my car had an expensive tune that worked, and i could keep with a small transfer fee.Thank you ie for making the situation better.

I installed the stage 1 ECU/TCU tune on my 2023 Audi S4 at 2K miles. Stock vs OEM was a night & day difference! Unfortunately, a few months later (7k miles) my car ended up breaking down on the street. After having the vehicle towed to Audi for assistance, I was told the vehicle had multiple misfires, excessive amount of metal shavings in the oil, and the engine would most likely need to be replaced due to throwing a rod. As expected, Audi would not cover any of the repairs or replacement cost due to the modification. Just in case you were wondering this was a $30k bill to have the engine replaced. I reached out to IE after having my vehicle towed to the dealership and was told to keep them updated to see what type of assistance could be provided, but that all went out the window once I sent over a copy of the invoices and other documentation. With the exception of the tune, everything else on the vehicle was OEM. Now I have a $60k shell sitting in the garage going on 3 months. Wanted to share my experience in hopes to help others avoid the nightmare .

I have used a few IE products and mods for a little over a year and have been nothing but happy with the appearance, quality and reliability of everything I order for my gti.Over the time of using mods and tunes I have had trouble tunning as it is my first time tuning any vehicle and the customer service has been very helpful over the phone and email by walking me through what I need to do. When using email Riley has been a huge help throughout a lot of my trouble when it comes to tuning and gets back to me as quickly as possible and makes everything easy to understand!

Terrible company with terrible customer service. I was having an issue with my intake after their parts not having the correct fitment and after it breaking they kept trying over and over again to blame the issue on my installation which I showed them over and over again that it was not my installation. They gave me no help at all of what it could have been or how to fix the issue and did not refund me or replace my broken parts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I run their intake on a mk6 Jetta GLI and mk7 Golf R and have no complaints.I recently purchased their FDS intercooler from another vendor and they forgot to include the necessary hardware to mount the condenser. Kyle was very helpful in getting the missing parts shipped out to me in a timely fashion

It was good and great tuning until 2 weeks ago it blew out my transmission and secondary air injection valve blew out on me I was stage 2 IE completely followed everything and it costed me thousands to fix my car back to code never again

Frustrated customer for a legacy product which up until this point has been flawless. My issue with IE is their lack of support for their legacy products. I have a IE v1 Intercooler installed on my mk7 Golf R. My R recently developed a boost leak which I traced to a torn IE boost hose. When I contacted IE they told me they no longer have replacement parts and that I should "check with ECS" if they have something. This is the best these guys can do? What kind of ridiculous customer support model is this? Planned obsolescence perhaps??.....forcing customers to upgrade to the v2 IC? I have spent hours trying to track down a replacement hose that matches the original IE boost hose with no luck. My only option I have found is to have a company custom fabricate at a very high cost. I tracked down Peter Blais's email address and sent an email to try and find out if this is the best IE can do for their customers that have the v1 IE IC for mk7s. I know there are lots of folks running this IC. To simply abandon these customers is inexcusable. I will never buy another IE product

Great company! I am thrilled with my A6 now it’s the perfect sleeper dad mobile. The software is easy to work with. I haven’t data logged yet but I hear it’s a great feature as well. Other companies are getting cheaper because they don’t support revisions and updates like iE. Stick with quality, GO iE!

This tune by far has to be the best plug and play tune on the Market for Audi and vw. The amount of power the tune opens up on these cars is unbelievable. Would highly recommend this tune company to anyone looking for a tune customer service is grade A. Great responsiveness Vw cc stage one 91 octane

(Updated) The intake I bought was for our 21.5 Atlas with the 3.6 VR6Just got done installing my new #integratedengineering cold air intake. So easy install. Nice little “Wookiee” growl under a heavy pedal. Still quite if you drive normal. 100% recommend this if your looking for a little power but great sound!
