Ask for Terry! She was so helpful in helping me look online to find the perfect fit and went above and beyond in helping me.

Taylor and the rest of the staff did an excellent job helping me find a properly fitted suit.

I’m SO grateful for the kindness and patience of the employees that work here. They could not have been more extra mile and helpful! I was trying to buy things for grandchildren that live far away. The women who helped me waited patiently while I did a video call with them and made great suggestions while looking to find me the best pieces! Very positive experience. It meant the world to me!

I have been a customer of JCrew for many years, their children's clothes are wonderful. I do not know how John Mark became the store manager (the middle aged bald man). He has zero customer service skills, condescending, and plainly rude. What a shame, he gives JCrew, and the Salt Lake City store a terrible reputation.Today after asking to check for a size, he refused, asked me to leave the store, physically entered my personal space. I asked him several times to take a few steps back, to at least maintain an arms length distance. He refused and called security on me and my 3 year old. Scary experience for me and my child to be threatened by a man in this way.JCrew, you can do better with your management, he needs serous retraining, inclusivity training, diversity training, but I doubt there is any hope for his attitude. Seems like this problem is persisting since at least 2017!

Worst service I’ve ever seen from a worthless store manager. Skip this spot.

John store manager likes to create problems rather than solve them. He should be fired.

Hopeless drones that work here don't know how to or can't be bothered to exchange/price match like-for-like items bought online. I had to go all the way to J.Crew at Fashion Place to get a simple exchange.

The manager and employees went above and beyond in helping us today. We were searching for a specific pant and they called 10+ other stores to check stock levels for us. Thank you for caring about your customers!

John, the "Manager" seems to be having a White Lotus moment. I have never seen a manager treat people so poorly.

Posting this review in real time. I called the store to ask about jeans, and the man who responded just hung up on me. Not only was this extremely rude but extremely unprofessional. How do you hang up on someone after they ask a question!?? The customer service here is nonexistent.

J. Crew people in Utah don't seem to know how process refund. I returned a pair of earrings that I ordered online, and the cashier named Caroline (I'm assuming that's her name because it's on the receipt) was going to refund the amount of another style which was cheaper. She was going to refund me $20+. I knew how much I paid for the earrings I ordered so I said "I'm pretty sure I paid around $40 for this before tax". Took a minute before she figured out the correct earrings. Then refunded me the sale price, but not the sales tax. To be fair, though the manager that day (thick girl with short blonde hair) was nice.I also went to J. Crew Factory in Park City 2 days prior to return a couple of shirts that were too big on me. The girl who processed the returns didn't refund me the sales tax either. What's up with this? lol
