The employees are unprofessional. In deliveries they lack a lot of responsibility. I ordered a carrot juice and in exchange for that they sent me two cards each for 5 dollars but the cards could only be used until February 12, 2024 and today is February 18. so it was a total theft.

Our Jambarista was slammed and working alone today. She was pumping out orders back to back, and even though she was visibly taxed, she had great customer service. We were definitely impressed... she's only one person, and we watched her juggle at least 8 smoothies at once.

Building owner uses a predatory parking company called Parking Solutions to exort people out of their money. The enforcers will lie to you and say that you can't pay with a credit card. Garbage company, garbage building owners, garbage people through and through.

Jamba Juice has changed! And I like the changes! We stopped by trying to find something light on calories but full of flavor. The Vanilla Blue Sky was awesome and only 220 calories. It is a little pricey at $10 but everything is getting expensive these days. The service was great. The only weird thing is you have to get a code to use the bathrooms - I guess the neighborhood isn't the greatest.

Regularly get a smoothie here on my way to class, but after getting booted (and being forced to pay $75) for heading over to Jimmy John's to pickup a sandwich (which took less than 5 minutes), I'm not going to support a business that contracts with a company that operates in such a way. Thankfully there are plenty of other food and smoothie businesses in the surrounding area where you don't have to deal with scams like this.

I love Jamba Juice, but this location has screwed up orders one too many times with awful customer service. Today was probably the fourth time.I ordered two smoothies, one with banana and one without. I specified once when I ordered, then she repeated it back to me, then I confirmed once again while I was paying that there was no banana in the second one.When she called my name I asked her which smoothie had no banana and she looked at me so confused. (Keep in mind this was like less than 10 minutes after she took my order and confirmed no banana). She then walked away and came back saying oh they both have banana. Then she just stood there. No I'm sorry or I'll remake it. She looked like she had no idea what was going on and didn't know what to do. I don't know why Jamba continues to hire these unqualified young people who have ZERO customer service experience or aren't even trained. This is also the same place and day where a girl started having a breakdown while making the smoothies in front of all of the customers. Someone needs to retrain the Jamba employees at this location and teach them to be more professional and focus on customer service. This incorrect smoothie with bananas that I'm allergic to will be going in the trash. Will not be returning to this shitty location.

Dorothy, Faye, McKenna and Kaz were amazing! They helped get my rewards to work and my smoothie was done right after paying. I loved the atmosphere in there. They were friendly, not only to customers, but also to each other! Great teamwork, great vibe!

Mostly smoothies with several milkshakes items. Very tasty. They offer chips, candy, and other snacks as well.

Always the perfect place for a smoothie! I like that they have healthy and desert options. Right now they have their seasonal watermelon smoothie and it’s delicious.
