We all know the tension and pressure typically associated with going to a car dealership. Questions about price range, monthly payment, etc. all focused on getting your money. My experience at Jerry Seiner Salt Lake Kia and working with Braden couldn't have been more different than that typical experience. I felt no pressure and the focus was on the vehicle and what options fit right for us, not how much money I have. Braden was always responsive and helpful and I'll definitely be back for future car shopping.

For me, buying a car is one of the hardest activities of life. However the value of a good car cannot be underestimate for the life of the average American. One could say it's necessary.After a week of difficult search and experience, I had the fortune of finding the car I had decided on at Jerry Seiner Kia. The car I got was exceptional and well priced.James T. treated me professionally, was patient, and went the extra mile in multiple cases to help me make the final decision. When disappointed that I couldn't get the car for free, the dealership leveled with me and let me know the costs they were dealing with, which made it easier for me. Nikki L. made the final buying experience easy and pleasant.My experience at Jerry Seiner Kia was a great one.

Ron was a great salesman and worked hard to help me get my new vehicle. The entire experience from start to finish was smooth and easy. I'll definitely be buying my next vehicle from Ron and this dealershipEdit: after buying the vehicle I got home that night to a service brake assist warning on the dash after 2 hours of having the vehicle. That should have been checked in their inspection. I haven't gotten any help and shuffled from person to person. After they get your money they don't seem to care so thats pretty disappointing

Caitlyn was amazing helping me with buy my new 2015 Kia optima. As you know buying a car is stressful but she helped out so much and explained everything very well. Didn’t push price or didn’t push me to get an expensive car. She took her time to find the right car I want and for my price. I loved her very much I would highly recommended her to anyone who is looking for a car. Especially younger people. She went above and beyond for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH

After making it about 10 seconds from my house last Monday, I got a tire pressure alert on my Kia bought in May. Upon checking, I realized there was a screw in my front passenger tire. When I called Kia, they told me I could come down right away and that the repair could be done in an hour. Because I was supposed to be at work, this was a huge relief. Mario was incredible and ended up getting my tire repaired even quicker than quoted. Good service means the absolute most to me, so needless to say I was thoroughly impressed. Thank you Mario!

Had the best experience purchasing from Jerry Seiner Salt Lake Kia today! Madison Farnsworth helped get me into this sweet ride and I’m super excited to get it out on the road! If you have the opportunity to have Madison help you purchase a new or used vehicle you’re going to be treated right! Best car buying experience I have ever had! Our salesperson Yoceline was fantastic! She is knowledgeable, personable, professional, and patient. I appreciated her following through with our purchase agreements and explaining everything we needed to know about our new vehicle.There was zero pressure to purchase a vehicle even though we were there after hours. I also appreciated the quick no pressure financing process with the finance associate we worked with.The whole process went very quickly once we decided to purchase our vehicle! I would highly recommend Jerry Seiner Kia and would purchase another vehicle from them in the future!

My agent knew the features of the car in which I had interest in nearly all cases. When she did not know she acknowledged it which gave me confidence in the accuracy of all her answers. My agent made herself available according to my schedule whenever possible. All staff dealt in a pleasant helpful manner, working with me to deep dive into the features that made a difference to me. Every person with whom I dealt seemed competent in their role and interested in helping me meet my needs as their goal rather than just making the sale.

My first experience with Seiner Kia was a positive one. I brought my vehicle in to see if any recalls were outstanding. Quickly they were able to tell me my vehicle was current without ever interacting with me before. No fuss no muss. No trying to sell me something i didn't need. All that put me in a comfortable spot, to a point that i actually looked at a few vehicles before leaving. At current I'm not a buyer but they put me in a place where i considered it. That's terrific!

Brought my sisters Kia in for a recall. I got to watch the whole repair at the window counter in the guest lobby. So cool! Even though we have our own mechanic shop and we could have done the repair in a fraction of the time, ? I still give these techs props.My part was in stock and was at their warehouse that was across the street. Only hold time really was the part coming over. But it was such an easy process.I love being able to watch it even though I was watching the heavier repairs on the other side more.Thanks Kia! Great experience!

Great experience here. Was looking for a very high demand model and was able to put in an order with a very reasonable deposit and no market adjustment or price gouging. They were very upfront about a 6-12 month wait but assured me they would let me know if any similar models became available. Lo and behold, about 6 weeks later, I got a call that they had the car I was looking for available in a different color. They were very transparent about price and gave a very fair offer on my trade in. Fantastic and honest dealership, highly recommend.

Amazing car service. Every time I bring my car the treatment is excellent. Good working station to wait for the car with plugs, coffee, water and snacks provided. The TV is a bit loud so if you plan to work there while your car is being taken care of, be aware or request to lower the volume. Thank you for the great customer service!

Recently purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage from this dealership and have had a number of issues. Some of the issues I could have avoided had I been less trusting of the dealership from the onset. Below is some of my advice if purchasing from this dealership. Buyer beware!1) Beware of the additional extended warranty that they add on by default when going over financing. The sales pitch they give makes it sound like it is default coverage courtesy of Jerry Seiner going above and beyond for their customers to protect them. The warranty contract requires you have a perfect, documented maintenance record, or it is invalid. If you miss your service timeline by 5 days or 500 miles the coverage is void. These warranties are HUGE profit for the dealership, and are serviced by a third party which essentially absolves the dealership of any responsibility when the warrant isn't honored down the road. The supplemental warranty is $3,000 for default coverage. Their sales pitch on this is not transparent and you should be aware.2) THOROUGHLY inspect the vehicle after they wash etc. When I finally completed the sale they had washed the vehicle and had it waiting for me. I couldn't tell when the windows / car were dirty prior to the wash, but there was scuffing on the hood from the protective covering (which they were able to buff out and took care of) and there was a hair trapped between the window and the tint which had to be re-done3) They are understaffed and disorganized. They lost my second key and told me one of their sales staff had likely taken it home by accident. After two days they were unable to locate the second key so they ordered in a new one. When I went in to have the key cut and programmed the parts desk informed me it had been sent to the other Seiner dealership and had been lost, requiring they overnight ANOTHER key. I've had the vehicle now for two weeks and they are yet to get me the second copy of my key4) Their service department is overwhelmed, and understaffed. When they were replacing the tint on my window I told them I could feel the tires were out of balance and I could feel pulsing in the steering wheel. The sales representative took it for a drive, confirmed it was an issue, stated it wasn't severe and that if it wasn't a severe issue we could schedule out an appointment in the next MONTH. I was shocked, frustrated, and eventually made enough of a scene the sales manager asked what they could do to make it right. I asked them to just take off the tires, give them a spin and check for a balance issue since I was leaving on a road trip. The sales manager checked with the service team, and once again came back saying the service team was too busy to check the balance on the tires. As a solution they offered to cover the cost of taking the vehicle to a Big-O-Tires or other tire servicing location. Discount tires took me in immediately removed the front tires, checked the weight, identified significant melted road tar on one of the tires, scraped it off and remounted the tires for FREE which instantly fixed the problem.When things go wrong it is an opportunity for a company to show their true selves. I am impressed by a company who can face an issue, handle it well, and provide customer delight, but Jerry Seiner was a series of problems / mistakes / errors which ultimately made it a horrible customer experience. I'd recommend you purchase your Kia elsewhere.
